A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of Feb. 24 to March 2 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Angela Kuhn, of Locust Grove, Georgia, sold 46 Ocean Ridge Blvd. N. to Eric and Ginger Loy, of Nancy, Kentucky, for $2.7 million.
