A house on the ocean was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Sept. 19-25 in the Multiple Listing Service. Brian and Michele Page sold 535 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Elizabeth Forman and David Closky, of Somerville, Ohio, for $5,117,500. Built in 2007, the house is a 5/8.5 and has four fireplaces, a swimming pool, elevator and 11,895 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $2.9 million. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Kimberlee Kane, and Miranda and John Freeland, of Claremont, New Hampshire, sold 458 N. Beach St. to Tad and Nicole Clayton, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 1,848 square feet.

Evelyn Lynn, individually and as trustee, sold 4 Tanglewood Circle to Jeffrey and Judy Delgado, as trustee, for $368,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,882 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $220,000.

Jeremy Grover, of Ormond Beach, sold 83 Division Ave. to Kelly Barry, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,784 square feet.

Joshua and Holly Power, of Atlanta, sold 73 Merrywood Circle to James and Donna Greenfield, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1968, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,516 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $162,500.

Judy Williams and Todd Petrowski, individually and as trustees, sold 418 Bushnell Park Court to Sabrina and Shaun Kelly, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,269 square feet.

Timothy and Annette Smith, individually and as trustees, 453 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 3030, to James and Sonya Zambrano, of Hudson, for $130,500. Built in 1987, the condotel has 349 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $39,800.

Halifax Plantation

Anthony Adaska, of Tinley Park, Illinois, sold 3025 Monaghan Drive to Valerie and Richard Boera, of Ormond Beach, for $449,999. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,950 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $254,000.

Roger and Myra Wittenberg, of DeLeon Springs, sold 4082 Acoma Drive to Debra Rodgers, of Ormond Beach, for $442,413. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,888 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $288,000.

Ormond Lakes

Ronald and Marie Walker, of Port Orange, sold 50 Indianhead Drive to Tim and Lindi Smith, of Concord, California, for $800,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 3,790 square feet.

William and Leslie Holland, of Ormond Beach, sold 116 Squirrel Lane to Constance Martin and Jeff and Kelly Pinkowski, of Ormond Beach, for $652,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,768 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $389,900.

Plantation Bay

Ralph and Anne Canterbury, individually and as trustees, sold 1021 Hampstead Lane to Brenda Mitchell, of Ormond Beach, for $770,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,511 square feet.

Plantation Pines

Rebecca Weaver and Kevin Rybicki, of DeLeon Springs, sold 434 Juniper Lane to Hans King, of Ormond Beach, for $645,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/3 and has a barn, swimming pool and 2,666 square feet.

The Trails

Matthew and Jillian Spellacy, of Palatine, Illinois, sold 8 Crooked Tree Trail to Michael Nugent and Haiwen Yang, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,216 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $299,000.

Tomoka Oaks

Alexis Kagiliery and Deborah Landoskey, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Bay Hill Drive to Art Detman, Arol Johnson and Ellen Koga, of Ormond Beach, for $509,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,503 square feet.

Trails North 40

Sugaro Properties LLC, as trustee, sold 31 Big Buck Trail to Karen Koenig and Ralph Fuentes Jr, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1985, the townhouse is a 3/2.5 and has 2,374 square feet.

Winding Woods

Gina DelMonache, of Ormond Beach, sold 15 Winding Woods Trail to Zoren and Sierra Manfut, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,901 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Brian McWhorter, of Jupiter, sold 1155 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 403, to Mark Soliman MD LLC, of Orlando, for $390,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,065 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $251,500.

John Parker sold 3000 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 70, to William and Barbara Suhre, of Cape Coral, for $385,000. Built in 1998, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,329 square feet.

Sean and Angela Kramer, and Mark and Kally Weber, of Ormond Beach, sold 126 Ocean Grove Drive to Julie Dunham, of Ormond Beach, for $382,500. Built in 1964, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,509 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $231,000.

Paul Stuckey, as trustee, sold 1575 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 503, to Vivek and Neha Parikh, of Ashburn, Virginia, for $350,000. Built in 1974, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,227 square feet.

Charles Mitchell, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Sunny Shores Drive to Joseph Christensen, of Daytona Beach, for $337,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 1,104 square feet. It sold in March for $195,000.

Sharon and Jeffery Wooten, of Palm Coast, sold 2 Azalea Drive to Patrick and Jennifer Sellers, of Ocoee, for $310,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/1 and has 950 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $174,000.

Joseph Shehade III and others sold 22 Kathy Drive to Carol and Thomas Crowther, as trustees, for $300,000. Built in 1969, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,290 square feet.

Daria Prendergast, as representative, sold 9 Rivocean Drive to Brian Smith and LaDonna Butterfield, of Ormond Beach, for $278,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,062 square feet.
