Gregg Heineman and Scott Heineman, individually and as trustees, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 710, to RUF Investor LLC, of Tampa, for $950,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 4/3 and has 2,179 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Sviatlana Kazlova, of Berlin, Maryland, sold 4600 Moody Blvd., Unit 14G, to Gregory and Denise Bard, of Bunnell, for $140,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,050 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $90,000.
