A condo in Hammock Beach Club was the top real estate transaction for the week of Sept. 23-29 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Gregg Heineman and Scott Heineman, individually and as trustees, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 710, to RUF Investor LLC, of Tampa, for $950,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 4/3 and has 2,179 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

David and Susan Petersen, of Ormond Beach, sold 200 Bella Harbor Court, Unit 104, to Frank and Marilyn Glowczewskie, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,745 square feet. It sold in May for $246,000.

Sviatlana Kazlova, of Berlin, Maryland, sold 4600 Moody Blvd., Unit 14G, to Gregory and Denise Bard, of Bunnell, for $140,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,050 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $90,000.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 81 Lob Wedge Lane to David and Valerie Pachia, of Bunnell, for $337,740. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,115 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 40 Raemoor Drive to Patrick Connerton, of Palm Coast, for $272,635. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,862 square feet.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 119 Ryberry Drive to Gianna and David Burke, and Jessica Burke, of Palm Coast, for $208,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,284 square feet.

Fred and Bonnie Jo Welter sold 12 Richland Lane to Donna Kidwell, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,629 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 71 Lee Drive to Kelly Navarro, of Palm Coast, for $358,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,368 square feet.

Maronda Homes LLC, of Sanford, sold 8 Fawn Haven Trail to Judith and Edward Krufky, of Ormond Beach, for $359,465. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,151 square feet.

Aaron Taylor and Carrie Vey, individually and as trustees, sold 40 Cleveland Court to The Fossas Revocable Trust, of Palm Coast, for $780,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 3,642 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $348,500.

Antonio and Maria Amaral, individually and as trustees, sold 9 Cottonwood Court to James Barrett and Valrie Chambers, of Palm Coast, for $711,900. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 2,527 square feet.

Peter and Shannon Larsson, of Flagler Beach, sold 471 10th St. N. to Robert and Pamela Reed, of Duxbury, Massachusetts, for $900,000. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,309 square feet.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 44 Pineapple Drive to Fusion Point Realty LLC, of Palm Coast, for $223,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,806 square feet.
