House on Tomoka River gets $1.5 million

A house on the Tomoka River was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Sept. 12-18 in the Multiple Listing Service. John and Tina Pehr, of Woodstock, Georgia, sold 100 Rivell Trail to Marie Lilienstern, of Ormond Beach, for $1.5 million. Built in 1952, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool, boat dock, greenhouse and 1,600 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Diana Simmons, of Weaverville, North Carolina, sold 172 Heritage Circle to Glenn and Merely Spitzer, of Galt, California, for $525,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 2/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,205 square feet.

Robert and Barbara McCraney, of Ormond Beach, sold 548 N. Tymber Creek Road to Sarah O’Dwyer, of Ormond Beach, for $452,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, outbuildings and 1,664 square feet.

Michael and Robin Jenkins, of Pierson, sold 9 Tipperary Lane to Bobby Morrow Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $430,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,743 square feet.

Christopher Rachid and Patricia Beckham, of Ormond Beach, sold 90 Ormond Shores Drive to Ricardo Pincheira, of Portland, Oregon, for $396,888. Built in 1960, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,840 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $129,900.

Ronald and Lynne Gigliello, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Park Crossing Circle to William Rainford Jr., of Daytona Beach Shores, for $305,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,594 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $215,000.

Shmily LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 272 McIntosh Road to Kurt Glaenzer, of Ormond Beach, for $289,500. Built in 1956, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,141 square feet.

Michael and Lynea Petrick, and Rebekah Petrick, of Ormond Beach, sold 1925 Nelson Ave. to James Menard, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1972, the house is a 3/1.5 and has 1,028 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $148,500.

Rachael Baker and James Anania sold 1961 Linda Ave. to Megan Stevens, of Ormond Beach, for $202,000. Built in 1971, the house is a 3/1 and has 1,325 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $155,000.

Halifax Plantation

Ericka De La Paz sold 3745 Belfast Circle to Robert and Lynn Bigott, of Ormond Beach, for $489,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,346 square feet.

Edward Finger and Gale Maretsky, of Guilford, Connecticut, sold 1500 Kilrush Drive to Robert and Diane Miletti, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 2008, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,334 square feet.

Bryan Clement, of Gobles, Michigan, sold 3385 Glenshane Way to Robert and Terri Peterson, of Ormond Beach, for $309,900. Built in 1998, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,150 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $200,000.

Louis and Elizabeth Berdoll, individually and as trustees, sold 1107 Oxbridge Lane to Deborah Lash and Randy Sanchez, of Ormond Beach, for $805,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/4 and has a swimming pool and 3,323 square feet.

Marissa Picucci and Timothy Bebout, of New Hope, Pennsylvania, sold 1249 Hampstead Lane to Walter and Joy Nelson, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,954 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $285,000.

Tomoka Estates

ACL Realty LLC, of Port Orange, sold 1077 Roberts St. to Mark and Nathalie Adams, of Ormond Beach, for $370,000. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,888 square feet.

Danny and Brenda Haley, of Ormond Beach, sold 1123 Indigo Road to Luke and Kelly Corwin, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 5/5 and has a fireplace and 2,268 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $230,000.

Woodmere

Wilma Hamm, of Chiefland, sold 953 Parkwood Drive to Charles and Barbara Eaton, of Ormond Beach, for $344,000. Built in 1964, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,362 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $103,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Joseph Gervase sold 9 Fairwinds Circle to Tammy Moorefield, of Ormond Beach, for $650,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,023 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $315,000.

Kristen Long sold 1217 Riverbreeze Blvd., to Rebecca Apple, of Browns Summit, North Carolina, for $375,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/1.5 and has a fireplace and 1,414 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $250,000.

Gerald and Michele Barnes, of The Villages, sold 2290 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 4030, to Harold and Pamela Dockins, as trustees, for $361,900. Built in 1984, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,121 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $270,000.

JCT Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 107 Lynnhurst Drive to Daniel and Kathleen Florian, as trustees, for $345,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,408 square feet.

Volodymyr Melnyk and Ganna Muravyova, of Ponte Vedra, sold 40 Capistrano Drive to Joseph and Kristina Dera, of Bordentown, New Jersey, for $320,000. Built in 1982, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,426 square feet.
