Joseph and Kathryn Hughes, of West Palm Beach, sold 12 Hammock Beach Pkwy. to James and Susan Kelley, of Palm Coast, for$1,175,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,299 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.
