A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of Sept. 16-22 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Joseph and Kathryn Hughes, of West Palm Beach, sold 12 Hammock Beach Pkwy. to James and Susan Kelley, of Palm Coast, for$1,175,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,299 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

 

Condos

Peter and Linda Keciorius, and Thomas and Kathryn Oddo, of Blacksburg, Virginia, sold 15 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 2504, to Theresa Atkins, of Palm Coast, for $549,000. Built in 1996, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,458 square feet.

 

Irene Cronin, of Franklin Square, New York, sold 46 Hembury Lane, Unit 46, to Eric and Emily Lore, of Palm Coast, for $163,800. Built in 1988, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,098 square feet.
 

Belle Terre

Albert Nassi, individually and as trustee, sold 6 Princess Jeanette Place to Michael Falvey, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,075 square feet.

 

Eagle Rock Ranch

Chris and Jessica Rudy, of Ormond Beach, sold 40 Winchester Road to Elisha and Kirsten Perkins, of Ormond Beach, for $740,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 5/3.5 and has a fireplace, barn and 2,386 square feet.

 

George Moody

Jonathan Treece and Joseph Wittrock, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 111 5th St. S. to Martha Johnson and Linda Miller, of Flagler Beach, for $450,000. Built in 1954, the house is a 2/1 and has 900 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $185,000.

Martha Smith, as guardian, sold 160 Bren Mar Lane to Shannon and Robert Blanchard, of Greencastle, Pennsylvania, for $326,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,071 square feet.

 

Rh Asset Holdings LLC, of Orlando, sold 30 Bunker Knolls Lane to Lisa Skeen, of Palm Coast, for $256,150. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,500 square feet.

 

Jeffrey Cates, of Newberry, sold 78 Braddock Lane to Vicki Prager, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 1985, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,654 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $158,000.

 

Palm Harbor

Dennis and Theresa Craig, of Ponce Inlet, sold 33 Forsythe Lane to Jonathan and Tiffanie Krebs, of Palm Coast for $360,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,379 square feet.

 

Lawrence and Meredith Vogt, of Palm Coast, sold 112 Cimmaron Drive to William and Deborah Marshman, of Palm Coast, for $400,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 1,448 square feet.

 

RH Asset Holdings LLC, of Orlando, sold 63 Fellowship Drive to Robert and Crystal Dow, of Palm Coast, for $327,390. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,903 square feet.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 79 Seattle Trail to Melissa and Lawrence Fein, of Jupiter, for $327,900. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,779 square feet.

 

Toscana

Lawrence and Deborah Bell, and Emily Cross, individually and as trustees, sold 18 New Leatherwood Drive to Frank Houpt Jr., Antoinette Houpt and John Leone, as trustees, for $839,000. Built in 2009, the house is a 3/4 and has a swimming pool and 3,220 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $570,000.
