Hunter’s Ridge home leads the sales list

A house in Hunter’s Ridge was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Sept. 5-11 in the Multiple Listing Service. Vicki O’Donnell, individually and as trustee, sold 25 Laurel Ridge Break to George and Susanne Schaub, of Ormond Beach, for $650,000. Built in 1991, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,509 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Kenneth Lambert and James Gordon, of Ormond Beach, sold 915 Rollins Ave. to James and Tammy Vailiant, of Ormond Beach, for $475,000. Built in 1960, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,065 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $285,000.

Ryan Anderson, of Ormond Beach, sold 778 Knollview Blvd. to Christy Reiter and Matthew McGovern, of Ormond Beach, for $405,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,819 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $262,000.

Laura Lorence, individually and as trustee, sold 100 Golfview Lane to Alexander Davakis, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1960, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,326 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $95,200.

Shirley Rhodey, individually and as trustee, sold Oak Brook Drive to Lynn Zovluck, as trustee, for $280,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,636 square feet.

Kevin and Heather Gross, of Ormond Beach, sold 275 Washington Place to Montgomery Street Homes LLC, of San Francisco, for $212,500. Built in 1996, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,052 square feet.

Kevin Zambrana sold 453 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 4040, to Madison Trust Co., as custodian, for $175,000. Built in 1987, the condotel is a 1/1 and has 417 square feet.

Diana Rogers, of Daytona Beach, sold 1895 Myrtle Jo Drive to Armando and Esmid Zamora, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 2/1 and has 984 square feet.

Freeda Dawson, of Ormond Beach, sold 65 Seton Trail, Unit 190, to Peter Filipovski, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/1.5 and has 1,080 square feet.

Briargate

Joel and Gloria Rios, of Ormond Beach, sold 101 Briargate Look to Michael Hutcheon, of Longmont, Colorado, for $479,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,208 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $315,000.

Halifax Plantation

Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3090 Silvermines Ave. to Ben Bare, of Center Harbor, New Hampshire, for $585,020. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,722 square feet.

Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 1404 Lilly Anne Lane to Edelmiro and Diana Gonzalez, of Ormond Beach, for $486,853. Built in 2020, the house is a 2.5 and has 2,536 square feet.

Robert and Kathryn Somers, of Orange City, sold 4091 Campa Lane to Marguerite and Leslie Rosenberg, of Port St. Lucie, for $440,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,159 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $197,500.

Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3059 Silvermines Ave. to Steven and Debra Grier, of Ormond Beach, for $394,300. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,833 square feet.

William and Nancy Thompson, of Ormond Beach, sold 15 Kingsgate Court to Vikki Hicks, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,065 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $255,000.

Lisa Pallante, of Ormond Beach, sold 8 Oak Village Drive to Martha Dillman, of Ormond Beach, for $130,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,470 square feet.

The Trails

Michael and Alecia Olson sold 236 Pine Cone Trail to Beth Weinbrenner, of DeLand, for $245,000. Built in 1978, the townhouse is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 1,735 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $156,500.

Villaggio

Stephen and Marion Smith sold 67 Apian Way to Harold and Linda Helfer, of Ormond Beach, for $465,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,111 square feet.

Woodmere

Dylan Ehlers, of Norwalk, Connecticut, sold 1070 N. Beach St. to Lonna Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $281,000. Built in 1970, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,575 square feet.

Ellen Back, of Ormond Beach, sold 1017 Parkwood Drive to Brompton Group LLC, of Oviedo, for $223,000. Built in 1967, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,486 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Alexander Davakis, of Ormond Beach, sold 1425 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 304, to Lynn and Jeff Liddicoat, of Jacksonville, for $575,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/3 and has 2,515 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $475,000.

Johnny Dutra Jr., of San Diego, California, sold 117 Ocean Grove Drive to Gregory and Christy Reddish, of Ormond Beach, for $465,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,661 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $325,600.

Marilyn Bayne, of Ormond Beach, sold 56 Margaret Road to Michael Cochran and Erica Coran, of Orlando, for $350,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,708 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $79,500.

David Hack, of Orlando, sold 141 Longwood Drive to James and Theresa Twitty, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1960, the house is a 2/1 and has 826 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $155,000.

Erika Butler, of Lewisville, Texas, sold 3100 E. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 103, to Lee and Gary Lackey, of Clermont, for $243,000. Built in 1991, the condo is a 2/2 and has 873 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $125,000.
