Hammock Dunes condo sells for $2.71 million

A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of Oct. 21-27 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Gilles and Candace Chemtob, of Palm Coast, sold 28 Porto Mar, Unit 304, to Philip Ogilby and Jane Baysore, of Palm Coast, for $2.71 million. Built in 2007, the condo is a 4/4.5 and has 4,948 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Sarah Shepherd and Valerie Batchelder sold 110 Club House Drive, Unit 202, to Kenneth and Lori Pawlowski, of Palm Coast, for $446,900. Built in 2004, the condo is a 3/3 and has 2,611 square feet. It sold in June for $390,000.

Sam and Cindy Palazzolo, of Eagleville, Tennessee, sold 7 Ocean Palm Villas N., Unit 7, to Robert and Sandra Meyer, of Homosassa, for $270,000. Built in 1979, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $170,000.

Belle Terre

David Bruce sold 30 Paul Lane to Christopher and Vera Cavallo, of Palm Coast, for $427,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,862 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $155,100.

Marilyn Puckett-Graham and Michael Graham, of Palm Coast, sold 33 Patchogue Lane to Heather Carlo and Joshua Sena, of Palm Coast, for $349,170. Built in 2008, the house is a 5/3 and has 2,712 square feet.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 159 Persimmon Drive to Richard and Debra Kalush, of Palm Coast, for $220,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,552 square feet.

Patrick and Cynthia Gauntz, of Ormond Beach, sold 215 Willow Oak Way to Richard and Nancy Chisholm, of Palm Coast, for $675,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,584 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 62 Lob Wedge Lane to Richard Frederick, of Bunnell, for $325,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,913 square feet.

Brownell Turner and Vicki Turner sold 87 Bickford Drive to Cathy Courson, of Palm Coast, for $425,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,365 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $274,900.

Gucci Corp., of Palm Coast, sold 188 S. Riverwalk Drive to Richard and Hayley Gurley, of Palm Coast, for $697,000. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,543 square feet.

Gregory and Stephanie Reeder sold 22 Chippeway Court to Richard and Pamela Lloyd, of Palm Coast, for $790,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool, boat dock and 2,171 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $485,000.
