Riverside house goes for $1.6 million

A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Oct. 10-16 in the Multiple Listing Service. Sidney and Eugenia Possick, of Holly Hill, sold 2406 John Anderson Blvd. to Juan and Ninfa Rivera, of Ormond Beach, for $1.6 million. Built in 2001, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 4,592 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Lori Plimpton sold 123 Ormond Shores Drive to Joseph Allen, of Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania, for $475,000. Built in 1983, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,678 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $185,000.

Jo Zayer, individually and as trustee, sold 920 Buena Vista Ave. to Ruth Brandow, of Albany, New York, for $395,000. Built in 1932, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 2,032 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $232,500.

Lindsie and Michael Fischetti, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Woodlands Blvd. to Abdul and Dora Kareem, of Ormond Beach, for $253,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $122,000.

Anthony Branscome sold 102 Camino Circle to Glenn and Susanna Poyer, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,140 square feet.

Bart Bowers, of Ormond Beach, sold 753 Santa Fe Ave. to Eduardo and Maryorie Mairena, of New Rochelle, New York, for $200,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 2/1.5 and has a fireplace and 1,298 square feet.

Charles and Maura McKay sold 453 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 4070, to Daniel McKinzey and Jennifer Jewett, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, for $124,000. Built in 1987, the condotel has 297 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $48,000.

Harold and Dawn Parrish, of Ormond Beach, sold 2007 Jason St. to Thomas Khachatourian, of Ormond Beach, for $93,000. Built in 1972, the manufactured home is a 2/1 and has 552 square feet.

Cathy Tidwell sold 1719 Avenue B to German Lopez and Yessenia Gonzalez, of Ormond Beach, for $100,000. Built in 1969, the manufactured home is a 2/2 and has 1,476 square feet.

Breakaway Trails

Joan Keifer, of Ormond Beach, sold 46 Coquina Ridge Way to Byran and Sherrie McReynolds, of Ormond Beach, for $850,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,101 square feet.

Halifax Plantation

Will Weatherbee, individually and as trustee, sold 3915 Tano Drive to Gregory Reynolds and Christine Broders, of Ormond Beach, for $401,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,353 square feet.

Gary and Winifred Pilardi, of North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, sold 3126 Inishmore Drive to Robert and Mary Wuerstlin, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,1102 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $220,000.

Paul and Teresa Dickson, of Flagler Beach, sold 3233 Bailey Ann Drive to Melea and Warren Moore, of Daytona Beach, for $339,900. Built in 2019, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has 1,695 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $278,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Jackson Pascal, of Tampa, sold 29 Foxhunter Flat to Benjamin Christopher, of Ormond Beach, for $499,550. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,557 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $305,000.

Edward Gilmore Jr. sold 173 Pergola Place to Joseph and Lisa Barnett, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,983 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $286,500.

Not in Subdivision

Jay Magrane, of Edgewater, sold 2245 Lipizzan Trail to Brian and Sheila Ronan, of Ormond Beach, for $620,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, barn and 2,052 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Barbara Harkleroad, of Ormond Beach, sold 1015 Hampstead Lane to Dennis and Therese Weikle, of Ormond Beach, for $799,900. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,414 square feet.

Trails South 40

Tandy Houston, Scott Morgart and Tina Hunt, of Tomah, Wisconsin, sold 100 Hay Bale Trail to Marshall and Sandra Pouncey, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1987, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has 1,499 square feet.

Tymber Creek

Katherine Martin, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 184 Cloverdale Court to Donnie and Dorian Richardson, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,428 square feet. It sold in May for $135,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Daniel and Lauran Hoven, individually and as trustees, sold 1051 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1201, to Garrett and Cheryl and Cohee, as trustees, for $573,000. Built in 1982, the condo is a 3/3 and has 1,836 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $365,000.

William and Michele Tebbenhoff, of Ormond Beach, sold 24 Sunny Beach Drive to Robert Fisher, of Ormond Beach, for $485,000. Built in 1971, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,941 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $208,200.

Robert and Kathleen James, of Ormond Beach, sold 23 W. Sea Harbor Drive to Cynthia and Patrick Gauntz, of Ormond Beach, for $475,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/3 and has 1,662 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $379,000.

Alexander Davakis, of Ormond Beach, sold 1133 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 606, to Susan Gibson, of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,065 square feet.

George Oriel and Diane Guyovich, individually and as trustees, sold 3 Seafarers Drive to Emily and Nathan Berning, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,805 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $160,000.

Gerald and Debra Fountain, of Winter Garden, sold 1575 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 403, to Getzel and Bernadette Hershberg, of Ormond Beach, for $379,900. Built in 1974, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,227 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $215,000.
