Mark and Rachelle Klingler sold 5 Sandpiper Lane to Holly Richmond and Danny Broadhurst, of Fairfield, New Jersey, for $975,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/4 and has a swimming pool and 4,043 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Paul Yaneshak and Cynthia Shenette sold 100 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit 21, to Jennifer Pellegrino, of Palm Coast, for $275,000. Built in 2001, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,455 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $135,000.

Edward and Kathleen Muraca, of Belleville, New Jersey, sold 21 Fairways Circle, Unit 21, to Joan Jirkovsky and Joan Banks, of Alachua, for $160,000. Built in 1980, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,150 square feet.

John and Patricia Scarola, of Tacoma, Washington, sold 4600 Moody Blvd. E., Unit 8B, to Catherine McErlane, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 1/1 and has 781 square feet.
