A house in Cinnamon Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of Sept. 30 to Oct. 6 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Marlen 12 LLC sold 12 Cinnamon Beach Place to Richard and Kristy Drum, of Palm Coast, for $982,500. Built in 2016, the house is a 6/5/1 and has a swimming pool and 3,076 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Peter and Natalya Gordon sold 301 Central Ave S., Unit 6, to Uptown Flagler LLC, of Bunnell, for $250,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 2/1 and has 656 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $75,000.

Halina Grabczynska and Tomasz Lorenc, of Signal Mountain, Tennessee, sold 16 Salisbury Court, Unit 16, to Joseph Coccimiglio, of Palm Coast, for $198,500. Built in 1985, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,098 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $153,000.

Armand Beach

Gregory Yates, of Palm Coast, sold 23 Mahoe Drive S. to William and Jessica Clarke, of Palm Coast, for $500,000. Built in 1991, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,040 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $285,000.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 73 Lob Wedge Lane to Anne Ross, of Bunnell, for $308,645. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,701 square feet.

OP SPE TPA1 LLC, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 41 Angela Drive to Richard ad Danielle Blaine, of Palm Coast, for $325,000. Built in 2008, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,958 square feet. It sold in April for $298,000.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 4 Reston Place to Will and Richen Douglas, of Palm Coast, for $285,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,862 square feet.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 17 Kasper Path to Briana Properties LLC, of Vernon, Connecticut, for $352,900. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,992 square feet.
