A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of March 25-31 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Edie Spitzer, of Daytona Beach, sold 18 Island Estates Parkway to Joseph and Staci Collins, of Palm Coast, for $1.6 million. Built in 1999, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 5,126 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

 

Condos

Richard and Sharon Dietz, of Palm Coast, sold 185 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 203, to Debby to Bobby Watts, of Ocala, for $595,000. Built in 2008, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 2,480 square feet.

 

David and Sharon Faile, of The Villages, sold 3600 S. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 221, to Lisa Maria, of Jeannette, Pennsylvania, for $279,000. Built in 1984, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,331 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $225,000.

 

Christine Choi, of Jacksonville, sold 52 Club House Drive, Unit 105, to Robert and Dorothy Van Dyke, of Babylon, New York, for $136,000. Built in 1977, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,127 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $66,200.

 

Belle Terre

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 16 President Lane to Robert and Georgene Anderson, of Palm Coast, for $206,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,552 square feet.

 

Cypress Knoll

Vintage Estate Homes LLC, of Melbourne, sold 20 Edge Lane to Patrick Burns, of Palm Coast, for $306,770. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,844 square feet.

 

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 59 Lob Wedge Lane to Robert and Donna Kulbick, of Bunnell, for $315,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,042 square feet.

 

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 89 Birdie Way to Sandra Nichols, of Bunnell, for $277,190. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,799 square feet.

 

Hammock Dunes

Judith Zutkis, individually and as trustee, sold 15 Via Roma to Paul and Debra Jameson, of Palm Coast, for $525,000. Built in 1991, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,843 square feet.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 42 Huntington Place to John Cahill and Sheila Reouti-Cahill, of Ormond Beach, for $297,632. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,003 square feet.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 1 Butterfield Place to Robert Kyle, of Palm Coast, for $229,783. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,637 square feet.

 

Lehigh Woods

Mauri Korhonen sold 68 Rollins Lane to Kundanben and Kalspeshbharti Goswaami, of St. Augustine, for $245,000. Built in 2008, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,233 square feet.

 

Matanzas Woods

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 38 Louisiana Drive to Teresa Franco and Julie Jones, of Palm Coast, for $247,992. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,637 square feet.

 

Palma Vista

Adam Reisz III sold 334 11th St. N. to John and Courtney Davis, of Asheville, North Carolina, for $425,000. Built in 1975, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace, boat dock and 1,170 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $250,000.

 

Pine Lakes

Russell and Evelyn Keller, of Palm Coast, sold 3 Winterling Place to Francis and Leah Prusaitis, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,423 square feet.

 

Plantation Bay

Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 324 Stirling Bridge Drive to Jon and Marybeth Giesler, of Ormond Beach, for $616,690. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,720 square feet.

 

Quail Hollow

Michelle Prenatt, of Havana, sold 10 Llestone Path to Tyler Bonham and Randall Doyle, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $145,000.

 

Seminole Woods

Wilmington Savings Fund Society, as trustee, sold 2 Seagull Place to Dallas Handy Man LLC, of Palm Coast, for $161,500. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,048 square feet.
