A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of March 21-27 in the Multiple Listing Service. Gina Strasser, individually and as trustee, sold 1316 John Anderson Drive to Jonathan Canonaco, of Ormond Beach, for $1.8 million. Built in 1987, the house is a 4/4/2 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 7,605 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond King Center LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 799 Sterthaus Drive, Unit 306, to Richard and Nancy Colombie, of Ormond Beach, for $306,900. Built in 2020, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,248 square feet.
Peter and Jolinda Remington, of Ossipee, New Hampshire, sold 478 Hammock Lane to Robert Reolle Jr., of Huntington Beach, California, for $300,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,327 square feet.
Beachside Homes I LLC sold 171 Magnolia Drive to Christine Davidson, of Ormond Beach, for $274,900. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,090 square feet.
Bonnie Mobley, of Chicago, sold 115 Country Club Drive to Xavier Lawson, of Ormond Beach, for $208,500. Built in 1959, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,806 square feet.
Richard and Nancy Colombie, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Tomoka Oaks Blvd., Unit 122, to Lawrence and Jill Shepherd, of Eustis, for $189,900. Built in 1980, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,430 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $107,000.
Kevin Skiles, of Troutville, Virginia, sold 1965 Linville Road to David and Kathleen Lusby, of Ormond Beach, for $160,875. Built in 2012, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,188 square feet.

Laura Coluccio, of Alpharetta, Georgia, sold 256 Timberline Trail to Anna Brodie, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,304 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $75,000.

Bruce and Ester Lorenzana, of St. Augustine, sold 96 N. St. Andrews Drive to Gary and Brooklyn Harris, of Ormond Beach, for $549,900. Built in 1981, the house is a 4/2.5 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 4,049 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $375,000.
Douglas and Danielle Beach sold 63 St. Andrews Terrace to Taylor Westfall, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1975, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,583 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $275,000.

Ocean Drive Management Co. LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 8 Ocean Drive to Margaret Jamison, of Oakhurst, California, for $900,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 3/1.5 and has 1,380 square feet.
Patrick and Cheryl Wise, of Ormond Beach, sold 168 Coquina Key Drive to John and Amelia Humphry, of Moriches, New York, for $815,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,789 square feet.
Sidni Manne and Irvin Rubin, of St. Augustine, and Bruce Manne sold 149 Sunrise Cove Circle to Steven Cerutti and Susan Parsons-Cerutti, of Ormond Beach, for $542,500. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,639 square feet.

Hartsell Frazier LLC, of Lexington, Kentucky, sold 10 Lynnhurst Drive, Unit 2080, to Dawn Rolland, of Jupiter, for $128,000. Built in 1974, condo is a 2/1.5 and has 930 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $64,000.
