A house in Country Acres was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Jan. 24-30 in the Multiple Listing Service. James and Lori Capel, of Ormond Beach, sold 269 W. Woodhaven Circle to Alan and Shelba Arnfast, of Ormond Beach, for $1.2 million Built in 2019, the house is a 4/5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,273 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Mohannad and Rana Attaran, of Holly Hill, sold 444 Riverside Drive to Steven Craig and Magnolia Walsh, of Ormond Beach, for $949,900. Built in 1974, the house is a 4/3.5 and has two fireplaces, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 3,273 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $660,000.

Marshall and Cheryl Young, of Ormond Beach, sold 3715 John Anderson Drive to Lowell and Brenda Fambrough, of Ormond Beach, for $825,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,955 square feet.

Jeffrey and Rita Risner, of Daytona Beach, sold 5 Prairieview Lane to Mark and Lisa Spring, of Ormond Beach, for $321,450. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,937 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $284,000.

Jan Property Group LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 204 N. Ridgewood Ave. to Joslynn Gallop and John Fairbanks, of Ormond Beach, for $307,500. Built in 1965, the house is a 4/1.5 and has 2,009 square feet.

Kenneth Klein, of Ormond Beach, sold 109 Golfview Lane to Robert Hietala, of Ormond Beach, for $293,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,536 square feet.

Pamela Bauer, of Ormond Beach, sold 456 Mcintosh Road to Shannon Longbottom, of Ormond Beach, for $211,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 3/1 and has 1,242 square feet.

Shelley Gisclar, as trustee, sold 347 S. Orchard St. to Lynn Walter, of Ormond Beach, for $161,250. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,440 square feet.

Bonnie Marsh sold 1 Arbor Lake Park to Griffin Pickett and Dwight and Maureen Pickett, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1985, the house is a 2/2.5 and has 1,280 square feet.

Alison Crowder, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 679 Wellington Station Blvd., Unit 37, to Christine Peerless, of Ormond Beach, for $104,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 1/1 and has 725 square feet.

Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3012 Acoma Drive to Edward and Rebecca Thomas, of Ormond Beach, for $491,802. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,915 square feet.

Amy Piazza, of Ormond Beach, sold 3152 Kailani Court to Michael Salisbury, of Daytona Beach, for $245,000. Built in 2003, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $212,000.

Andrew Franks, of Riverdale, New Jersey, sold 9 Blockhouse Court to Jonathan and Aillyn Gildon, of Ormond Beach, for $286,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,931 square feet.

The Trails

Gina Kalis, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Eclipse Trail to Jeffrey Hubrecht, of Ormond Beach, for $191,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 2/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,398 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $160,000.

Tomoka Estates

Ann Schwarting sold 330 Coquina Ave. to Michael Banks and Lisa Gonsalves, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1964, the house is a 2/1.5 and has a fireplace and 1,244 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $196,000.

Tomoka Oaks

David Gaughan, of Mount Carmel, Tennessee, sold 38 Pebble Beach Drive to Jeremy and Caitlin Reidenberg, of Ormond Beach, for $650,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,331 square feet.

Anna Lambert, individually and as trustee, sold 154 Deer Lake Circle to Carol Durr, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1987, the townhouse is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,973 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $175,000.

Tymber Creek

Christopher and Alana Moberg sold 96 Hollow Branch Crossing to Frederick and Sherry Bauknecht, of Ormond Beach, for $341,000. Built in 1982, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,925 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $263,000.

Marier Investment LLC, of Aventura, sold 153 Inglewood Court to Sally Thompson, of Ormond Beach, for $224,900. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,341 square feet.

Woodmere South

Fannie Mae, of Dallas, sold 835 Candlewood Circle to Leonardo Ramos and Yudy Cuesta, of Ormond Beach, for $241,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,578 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $170,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Melanie Tenney, individually and as trustee, sold 1425 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 304, to Alexander Davakis, of Ormond Beach, for $475,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/3 and has 2,515 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $475,000.

Thomas Kemph, individually and as trustee, sold 9 Sea Raven Terrace to Timothy Curtin III and Jody Elliott, as trustees, for $350,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,173 square feet.

Elisha Prikryl, of Orlando, sold 60 Carol Road to 60 Carol Road LLC, of Orlando, for $304,501. Built in 1954, the house is a 2/3.5 and has 1,196 square feet.

Cornelius and Kathleen Shanahan sold 20 Sunny Shore Drive to Remick and Tessa Palmer, of Guyton, Georgia, for $299,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,272 square feet.

Neil and Judith Gordie sold 2730 Ocean Shore Blvd., unit 4050, to Jennifer Stoeke, of Oviedo, for $219,000. Built in 1990, the condo is a 2/2 and has 971 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $173,000.
