Top Flagler County transaction: $2.45 million

A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 13-19 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Sabrina Bent, of New Orleans, sold 532 Cinnamon Beach Lane to Harbor Blvd. LLC, of Plano, Texas, for $2.45 million. Built in 2007, the house is a 5/5 and has a swimming pool, elevator, dune walk and 5,941 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Todd and Sara Stewart, of Palm Coast, sold 300 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 224, to Robert and Marta Powers, of Fleming Island, for $455,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $287,000.

Judith Shine and Joseph Miller II, and Sherry Risch, of St. Augustine, sold 200 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 242, to Charles and Jeanne Sakowicz, of Palm Coast, for $330,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,377 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

Sally and Joseph Boyce, of Wappingers Falls, New York, sold 34 Ellington Drive to Kevin and Linda Deering, of Palm Coast, for $385,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,912 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $235,000.

Eagle Lakes

Thomas and Michele Turecek, of Jacksonville, sold 7 Eagle View Place to Robert and Susan Phillips, of Flagler Beach, for $514,000. Built in 2007, the house is a 5/3.5 and has a swimming pool and 3,147 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $429,900.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 68 Birdie Way to David and Linda Pilossof, of Bunnell, for $298,965. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,799 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Paul Homm and Sokunthea Men, of Palm Coast, sold 78 Rollins Lane to Fadi and Fadia Shahla, of Palm Coast, for $333,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 5/3 and has 3,322 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $225,000.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 23 Royal Tern Lane to Manuel and Carla Domingues, of Palm Coast, for $206,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,552 square feet.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 12 Lake Placid Lane to John and Carol Roos, of Palm Coast, for $333,064. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,709 square feet.

Charles and Therese Thompson, of Orlando, sold 24 Ocean Ridge Blvd. S. to David and Diane Lomax, of Palm Coast, for $1,145,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a fireplace and 3,450 square feet.

Lucia Fourson-McCarthy, of Estero, sold 232 Riverwalk Drive S. to Joe and Natalia Hundley, of Palm Coast, for $530,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,500 square feet.

Robert and Janice Oehl, of Orlando, sold 40 Franciscan Lane to Ruth Thornal, of Palm Coast, for $425,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,562 square feet.

Michael and Krystyna Aslin, Mark Aslin and Philip Aslin, of Malaga, Spain, sold 91 Selma Trail to Joshua Casanova, of Palm Coast, for $260,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,116 square feet.
