A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of April 22-28 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. ACME Real Estate Holding Inc., of St. Augustine, sold 516 Cinnamon Beach Lane to Glenn Hoffman and Marie Ranfone, of Palm Coast, for $1,875,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 6/6 and has an elevator, swimming pool and 4,955 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Bethany Finance LLC, of Potomac, Maryland, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 920, to Douglas and Felicia Hagopian, of Windermere, for $620,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/3 and has 1,818 square feet.

Sullivan Condo LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 25 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1211, to Scott and Christina Lifvendahl, of DeLand, for $320,000. Built in 2004, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $223,100.

Judy Patrick of Port Orange, sold 2001 Palm Drive, Unit G102, to Ricky Abercombie, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 2004, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,687 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

Lisa Setien, of Bunnell, and Jose Setien sold 48 East Diamond Drive to Lilli and Vicente Gonzales, of Palm Coast, for $305,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,425 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $110,000.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 612 Grand Reserve Drive to Ronald and Sharon Ragsdale, as trustees, for $250,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,557 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

Gallery Homes of DeLand Inc., of DeLand, sold 47 Huntington Place to Wayne and Linda Bruce, of Ormond Beach, for $343,970. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,218 square feet.

WJHFL LLC, of Norcross, Georgia, sold 9 Birchwood Drive to Rosa Valdez, of Palm Coast, for $223,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/3 and has 1,836 square feet.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 157 Belleaire Drive to Greentek Inc., of Palm Coast, for $208,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,552 square feet.

Lambert Avenue

David and Linda Pilossof, of Flagler Beach, sold 1351 Lambert Ave. to Jared Easton and Asgari Lipshy, of St. Augustine, for $1,095,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 4/3.5 and has an elevator and 3,387 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $600,000.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 4 Rolling Sands Drive to Chantal Badie, of Chula Vista, California, for $216,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,806 square feet.
