A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Nov. 29 to Dec. 5 in the Multiple Listing Service. Tovah and Ty Lohman, of Ormond Beach, sold 2124 John Anderson Drive to Arun Reddy, of Ormond Beach, for $1,275,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 5/5 and has a fireplace, boat dock and 5,366 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $1,175,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Thurman, John, Albert and Mark Gillespy, individually and as trustees, sold 880 John Anderson Drive to Marin Frederiksen and Kari Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $1.17 million. Built in 1950, the house is a 4/4/2 and has three fireplaces, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 3,922 square feet.
Susan Pettyjohn, individually and as representative, sold 321 N. Beach St. to Sandra Aleshire, individually and representative, for $615,000. Built in 1971, the house is a 4/2 and has a boat dock, boat house and 1,905 square feet.
William and Linda Kuhn sold 2 Tidewater Drive to Mark Sepe, of Ormond Beach, for $600,000. Built in 1987, the house is a 5/4.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 3,768 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $605,000.
Sara Nolin, individually and as trustee, sold 97 Driftwood Ave. to David and Tracey Ginocchetti, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 2,424 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $159,000.
Lisette Gilkey, individually and as trustee, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 5160, to Deby Stinson, of Ormond Beach, for $322,500. Built in 1996, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,745 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $205,000.
D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 285 Sandoval Drive to William Schneider and Martha King, of Ormond Beach, for $278,150. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/1.5 and has 1,846 square feet.

Brian Hans, of Ormond Beach, sold 3143 Connemara Drive to Keith and Carol Alberico, of Ormond Beach, for $296,000. Built in 2006, the townhouse is a 3/2.5 and has 2,855 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $330,000.
Maritza Sosa, of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, sold 3137 Bailey Ann Drive to David and Maurya Sorter, of Germantown, Maryland, for $282,500. Built in 2016, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has 1,695 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $220,500.

John Scotello, of Palm Coast, sold 8 Old Mcduffie Circle to Peter LaMountain, of Oxford, Massachusetts, for $650,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 3,509 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $560,000.

Jason and Cheryl Kohen, of Ormond Beach, sold 27 Rio Pinar Trail to Arnold and Sharon Rosenblatt, of Alexandria, Virginia, for $315,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/5.5 and has a fireplace and 2,218 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $245,000.

Nancy Hefferman sold 1295 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 404, to David and Rebecca Grech, of St. Johns, for $326,000. Built in 1991, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,056 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $285,000.
