A house on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for Nov. 19-27 in the Multiple Listing Service. Bhupendra Patel, of Daytona Beach, sold 726 Riverside Drive to Mahendra Patel, of Daytona Beach, for $800,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,472 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Eric and Je Toya Mobley sold 27 Park Ridge Way to Ashley Cavinder and Ian Thompson, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,543 square feet.

David and Amber Biletto, of Daytona Beach, sold 73 Broadmoor Circle to Thomas and Suzanne Meara, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,556 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $143,000.

Igor and Anastasiia Konnov, and Elena Konnova, of Palm Coast, sold 1309 Par Ave. to Clare McGrane and Gene McGrane, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,288 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $56,500.

Kimberly Allawat, of Jacksonville, sold 14 Bristol Lane to Qhader and Michelle Lakibul, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 2/2.5 and has 1,139 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $115,000.

Amy Waldhauer, of Flagler Beach, sold 240 Orange Grove Drive, Unit D, to Tina Singleton, of Ormond Beach, for $168,000. Built in 1988, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,239 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $122,800.

Mildred Knight, of Columbia, South Carolina, sold 681 Wellington Station, Unit 10, to JoAnn Rios, of Eustis, for $160,000. Built in 1986, the condo is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,000 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $114,500.

Halifax Plantation

Thomas and Barbara Averill sold 3210 Bailey Ann Drive to Tracy and Karen Fleming, of Ormond Beach, for $359,900. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,695 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Semoran Vista Inc., of Sanford, sold 1012 Kilkenny Lane to SeaMac Holdings LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $299,000. Built in 2012, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,510 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $172,000.

Plantation Pines

Jerry and Terrie Stienbarger, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, sold 3776 White Pine Lane to Kelly and Sean Baker, of Ormond Beach, for $435,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace, barn and 2,434 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $265,000.

Reflections Village

Gerald and Betty Spies, individually and as trustees, sold 26 Oak Village Drive to William and Debra Menzie, of Ormond Beach, for $304,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,763 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $174,900.

Tymber Creek

Charles and Suzanne Townsend, of Ormond Beach, sold 321 Oak Fern Circle to Anthony and Lyudmila Valencia, of Ormond Beach, for $455,000. Built in 1982, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace and 3,083 square feet.

IL Villaggio

Roy and Lorrie Kenseth, of Ormond Beach, sold 71 Apian Way to Ronald and Sandra Hendrickson, as trustees, for $590,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,415 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $399,600.

Winding Woods

Offerpad SPE Borrower A LLC sold 18 Marjorie Trail to Philippe and Amy Deray, of Ormond Beach, for $327,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,875 square feet.

Woodmere

Timothy Manning, of Mount Dora, sold 922 Parkwood Drive to Jon and Amy Host-Madsen, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1964, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,304 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Gregory and Christine Vogl, of Mount Dora, sold 1133 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 201, to Parks Huffstetler, of Fort Collins, Colorado, for $540,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,065 square feet.

Kathleen Rotherham, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Tropical Drive to William and Michele Tebbenhoff, of Ormond Beach, for $415,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,232 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $305,000.

Atema Consulting LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 122 N. Ocean Aire Terrace to Valerie Barrios and Bruce Harris, of Ormond Beach, for $395,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 2/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,489 square feet.
