A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Nov. 7-13 in the Multiple Listing Service. Three D Management Corp., of Daytona Beach, sold 1888 John Anderson Drive to Jorge Clark, of Ormond Beach, for $1,615,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a fireplace, boat dock, boathouse, swimming pool and 3,765 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $621,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Jonathan Birch and Debrae Vaughan, individually and as trustees, sold 15 Colonial Circle to Leslie and Brenda Chappell, of Ormond Beach, for $550,000. Built in 1972, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,088 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $282,500.

Frederick and Laurel Higley, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Brookside Court to Charles Jaskiewicz, of Ormond Beach, for $501,000. Built in 1982, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,464 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $315,000.

Cathy and Mark Paty, of West Palm Beach, sold 95 John Anderson Drive to Kimberly and Steven Sigala, of Ormond Beach, for $491,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,738 square feet.

Jeffrey Fuller sold 936 Northbrook Drive to Rafael and Sheila Ramos, of Ormond Beach, for $370,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,594 square feet. It sold in April for $258,000.

Lindsay Holter and Sean Barack sold 101 Sunset Point Drive to Nicholas and Nichole Dziama, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,846 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $285,500.

William Spadea and Kathleen Chiappini-Spadea, of Bridgewater, Massachusetts, sold 89 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 302, to Erich and Deborah Krautwurst, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, for $310,000. Built in 1979, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,200 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $275,000.

Ronald and Mary Simpson, of Fort Walton Beach, sold 31 Ponce de Leon Drive to Thomas Pranger Jr., of Tempe, Arizona, for $305,000. Built in 1949, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, detached apartment and 1,254 square feet.

Laura Squires and Mary Sampson, of Ormond Beach, sold 501 Cherrywood Drive to Kristin Burns, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,908 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $166,000.

Anthony and Sylvia Ford sold 537 Lake Bridge Drive to Denise and Frederick Page, of Ormond Beach, for $247,500. Built in 1998, the townhouse is a 3/2.5 and has 1,599 square feet.

Larry Koss, of Odessa, Texas, sold 4 Wildwood Trail to Jeffrey Kovach, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1982, the villa is a 2/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,473 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $123,000.

Daniel Lawrence, of Ormond Beach, sold 281 Tropical Lane to John and Christine Fabian, of Ormond Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 2/2 and has 825 square feet.

Breakaway Trails

Todd Carpenter, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Echo Woods Way to Matthew and Katherine Hancock, of Ormond Beach, for $543,333. Built in 1988, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,586 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $340,000.

Oak Forest

Ann Weinrich, individually and as trustee, sold 1517 Oak Forest Drive to Blake Rudman, of Ormond Beach, for $990,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace and 3,465 square feet.

Ormond Lakes

Richard Northrip, as trustee, sold 9 King Phillips Way to James and Suzanne Demming, of Kingsport, Tennessee, for $470,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 4/2.5 and has 2,340 square feet.

Pine Run

Roy Maudlin, individually and as trustee, and Patricia Maudlin, of Ormond Beach, sold 43 Village Drive to Lawrence and Bonnie Edson, of Ormond Beach, for $477,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has a detached apartment, swimming pool and 1,808 square feet.

Allen and Jackye Nicola sold 311 Sawmill Creek Court to Terri Anderson, of Ormond Beach, for $258,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,377 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $186,000.

River Oaks

Irena Brzoska, of Port Orange, sold 238 River Vale Lane to Rebecca Cook, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,813 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $237,500.

The Trails

Karl Harper, of Port Orange, sold 248 Timberline Trail to Christine Becker and Murat Ozgun, of Flagler Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1980, the villa is a 2/2 and has 1,304 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Mark Budiansky, of Daytona Beach, sold 1774 John Anderson Drive to Julie and Harry Arthur, of Ormond Beach, for $575,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,061 square feet.

Robert Blanchard, of Ormond Beach, sold 1275 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 405, to Tina Courtright, of St. Marys, Georgia, for $399,900. Built in 1981, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,013 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $275,000.

Ernest Smith and Melanie Woods sold 62 Brooks Drive to Dwight and Donna DuRant, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1951, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,198 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $233,000.

Shawn and Cynthia Fleming, of Boulder City, Nevada, sold 2006 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 9, to Jonathan and Bree March, of Ormond Beach, for $309,000. Built in 1981, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,080 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $125,000.

Robin Hayes, of Daytona Beach, sold 166 Holland Road to Christopher Berardi, of Brandon, for $290,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 2/1 and has 850 square feet. It sold in July for $225,000.

Dee Fleming, of Fishers, Indiana, sold 5500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 51, to Dennis and Judith Hunter, of Ontario, Canada, for $155,000. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,252 square feet.
