A house off Riverside Drive was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Oct. 31 to Nov. 6 in the Multiple Listing Service. Lynette Jaffe, individually and as representative and trustee, and others, sold 3 Riverside Circle to BAS Investments LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $785,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,850 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

David and Roderick Jenkins, of Astor, sold 1061 John Anderson Drive to Gregory and Natalia Sintow, of Ormond Beach, for $754,900. Built in 1965, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,108 square feet.

Amy Ellis, of Daytona Beach, sold 95 Buckskin Lane to Wanda O’Malley, as trustee, for $720,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, barn and 1,972 square feet.

Steve Chokrevski and Jennifer Williams-Chokrevski, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Bayberry Drive to Robert and Susan Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $530,000. Built in 1967, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, boat dock, boat house and 2,109 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $344,000.

New Cabot Properties LTD, of Daytona Beach, sold 672 N. Beach St. to Mark and Kimberly McMillan, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,872 square feet.

Ormond King Center LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 799 Sterthaus Drive, Unit 403, to Mark and Teresa Slonim, of Ormond Beach, for $326,900. Built in 2020, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,256 square feet.

Marilyn Kirkman, of O’Fallon, Illinois, sold 30 Coquina Point Drive to Kyle and Barbara Brewington, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,988 square feet.

Thomas Connolly Jr. sold 956 Northbrook Drive to Steven Konecny, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,746 square feet.

Randy Botts, of Ormond Beach, sold 16 Bristol Lane to William and Kathryn Sloan, of Key Largo, for $239,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,360 square feet.

James Harris sold 170 Dix Ave. to Roy and Patricia Maudlin, of Ormond Beach, for $233,500. Built in 1985, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,129 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $167,500.

Mark and Anne Leon, of Holly Hill, sold 5 Park Terrace to Jerry and Debra Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $231,000. Built in 1987, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,124 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $72,000.

David and Connie Burton, of Maryville, Tennessee, sold 89 Dix Ave. to Shauna Dorsett, of Ormond Beach, for $226,000. Built in 1937, the house is a 3/1 and has 1,222 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $109,500.

Rose Distefano sold 1220 Scottsdale Drive to Richard and Allie Swalberg, of Ormond Beach, for $208,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 960 square feet.

Dylan Brown and Kaleigh Brantley-Brown, of Eustis, sold 788 Espanola Ave. to Robert Botha III, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 1,212 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $87,000.

Halifax Plantation

Kim Williams, individually and as trustee, sold 3218 Bailey Ann Drive to Francesco and Rosa Pasqua, of Ormond Beach, for $359,900. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,695 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $263,000.

Oak Forest

Bark Real Estate LLC, of Peoria, Arizona, sold 3 Petrea Terrace to Celeste Marien, of Ormond Beach, for $306,500. Built in 1978, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 1,591 square feet.

Thomas Stenger, individually and as trustee, sold 2 Avenue Bonita to Stamenko Angelov and Anastasija Angelov, of Ormond Beach, for $296,500. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,986 square feet.

Plantation Bay

David and Denise LaFrennie, of Ormond Beach, sold 1262 Royal Pointe Lane to Bruce Rigg, of Hewitt, New Jersey, for $500,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,141 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $225,000.

Alfred Bailie, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Crooked Tree Trail to Luke McBride and Collette Barrie, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,749 square feet.

Tymber Creek

Danielle and Jose Carrillo, of Ormond Beach, sold 189 Cloverdale Court to Gloria Corrigan, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,232 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Debra Edwards, Cynthia Kerce, Sharon Mayne and Sherri Johnson sold 5 Neptune Park Drive to Angie Krik for $498,000. Built in 1951, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,380 square feet.

Edward Lomnicky sold 20 Oakview Circle to Leo and Alana Brunker, of Ormond Beach, for $450,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,450 square feet.

Phillip Delgado and Mark Delgado, individually and as trustees, sold 1133 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 503, to Janet Stone, of Ormond Beach, for $379,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,065 square feet.

Truman and Linda Kile, individually and as trustees, sold 1575 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 905, to Andrew and Maggie Rodgers, of St. Johns, for $368,927. Built in 1974, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,227 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $188,000.

Karin Crosby, individually and as trustee, sold 48 N. Sea Island Drive to Alexander and Breanna Wright, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,933 square feet.

Deirdre Keeler, Denise Gramm, Liam Downey, Teresa Downey and Megan Ortolan, of Ormond Beach, sold 105 Roberta Road to Orlando Borrero and Marjorie Vega, of Waldwick, New Jersey, for $315,000. Built in 1953, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,487 square feet.
