A house in Palm Harbor was the top real estate transaction for the week of July 22-28 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Lacy and Bonita Epperson, of Palm Coast, sold 80 S. Old Oak Drive to Richard Russell and Louis Barbich, as trustees, for $1.3 million. Built in 2002, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 3,860 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $735,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Donald and Marjorie Van Vliet, individually and as trustees, sold 115 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 701, to Aaron Taylor and Carrie Vey, of Palm Coast, for $615,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 2,014 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $385,000.
Stephanie Rast, of Broomfield, Colorado, sold 115 S. Riverview Bend, Unit 2124, to Karen Kafka, of Gaithersburg, Maryland, for $325,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,344 square feet.
Mary Zugelter sold 48 Club House Drive, Unit 107, to Sudie and Steven Braille, of Palm Coast, for $179,000. Built in 1977, the condo is a 2/2 and has 986 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $48,000.
