The Ormond Beach Police Department hosted its annual National Night Out event themed "Red, White and Blue," at the Nova Community Center on Tuesday, Aug. 3.
The free event, held nationwide in over 15,000 communities, is meant to promote a community and police partnership. According to a press release, National Night Out "enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. It furthermore provides an opportunity to bring police and neighbors together."
This year's event featured a photo booth, rock-climbing wall, bounce houses, music and live performances.
