Shepherd Jr., individually and as trustee, sold 5 Hammock Beach Court to Billy and Anita Smith, of Bixby, Oklahoma, for $1.05 million. Built in 2004, the house is a 5/4/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator and 4,183 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.
