House in Ocean Hammock gets almost $1.5 million, the top real estate sale in Flagler County

A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of Aug. 13-19 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Ronald and Staci Martin, of Lothian, Maryland, sold 6 Hammock Beach Court to Ronald Bishop, of Port Orange, for $1,499,000. Built in 2009, the house is a 4/4 and has two fireplaces, an elevator, swimming pool and 4,327 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $1.5 million. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Harry and Regina Blanke, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 60 Surfview Drive, Unit 517, to Rhys and Dorine Thomas, of Palm Coast, for $392,000. Built in 2004, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $375,000.

Elisabet Lillywhite, of Palm Coast, sold 60 Riverview Bend, Unit 613, to Donna Temple Mitchell Revocable Trust for $220,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,824 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $150,000.

Anthony and Patricia Miceli, of Palm Coast, sold 80 San Juan Drive, Unit C103, to Ryan and Danielle Keeton, of Eustis, for $175,000. Built in 2001, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,113 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $190,000.

Grand Haven

Michael and Marcella Leonard, of Palm Coast, sold 39 Riverbend Drive to John and Ellen Bertoiacci, of Palm Coast, for $340,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,377 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $337,500.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 19 Grand Par Court to Anthony Lanasa and Crystal Whitney, of Bunnell, for $229,990. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,862 square feet.

Lawrence and Barbara Adolfie, individually and as trustees, sold 24 Ocean Oaks Lane to Sean and Courtney Reynolds, of Winter Springs, for $980,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace and 3,326 square feet.

Leslie Caputo, of Palm Coast, sold 35 Bannerwood Lane to Juan Santana, of Palm Coast, for $233,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,085 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $115,000.

Matanzas Woods

Farid and Ann Behfar, of Palm Coast, sold 11 London Drive to Jose and Bethzaida Toro, of Palm Coast, for $355,000. Built in 2007, the house is a 6/4.5 and has 3,923 square feet.

Belmar REI LLC, of Palm Coast sold 507 Anderson St. S. to Samuel and Darla Ayodele, of Bunnell, for $119,000. Built in 1944, the house is a 3/2 and has 736 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $75,000.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 208 Heron Drive to Stephen and Debra Bryant, of Palm Coast, for $428,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,554 square feet.

Linda Logatto sold 8 Chippeway Court to Matthew and April McCabe, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has a boat dock, swimming pool and 1,783 square feet.
