A house on the ocean was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Aug. 9-15 in the Multiple Listing Service. Robert Peurifoy, of Daytona Beach, sold 143 S. Atlantic Ave. to Sunshine Memories LLC, of Roswell, Georgia, for $1,250,000. Built in 1943, the house is a 3/2 and has a guest house, swimming pool and 1,526 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Sam Toutounchian, of Ormond Beach, sold 1320 N. Beach St. to Tru Vu and Diem Do, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 4/3.5 and has 2,232 square feet.
James Rinehart and Jayne Robertson, of Ormond Beach, sold 470 River Square Lane to Michael and Maria Gilbreath, and Corey Haskell, of Ormond Beach, for $326,500. Built in 2018, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,345 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $299,900.
Virginia Shaddix, individually and as trustee, sold 1155 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 107, to Kelly and Mark Anderson, of Jacksonville, for $312,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,065 square feet.
D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 290 Sandoval Drive to Monica Stewart, of Ormond Beach, for $267,490. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,828 square feet.
William and Joy Klein sold 711 E. Lindenwood Circle to Amanda and Russell Klotz, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,598 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $78,900.
Ormond Holdings LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1201 Northside Drive to Reginald and Shirley Killough, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,595 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $145,000.
Paul Prince, of Spring Hill, Matthew Prince, of Swampscott, and Mark Prince, of Winter Springs, sold 90 Benjamin Drive to John Walsh and Anne Farmer-Walsh, of Ormond Beach, for $223,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,469 square feet.
Kevin and Lisa Korbach, of Flagler Beach, sold 1298 Fernway Drive to Linda Miller and Kaitlin Skaflestad, of Ormond Beach, for $207,500. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,308 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $212,000.

Bennett and Amanda Miles, of Ormond Beach, sold 103 Camino Circle to Kimberly Williams and Daniel Carr, of Ormond Beach, for $182,127. Built in 1980, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,140 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $90,000.
Mid-Florida Housing Partnership, of Daytona Beach, sold 181 Hand Ave. to Crystal Anderson, of Daytona Beach Shores, for $165,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,848 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $149,900.
Russell and Misty Palmer, of Ormond Beach, sold 460 Fred Gamble Way to Brianna Gancitano, of Ormond Beach, for $141,500. Built in 1942, the house is a 2/1 and has a fireplace and 888 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $127,000.

Michael and Kathryn Milthorpe, individually and trustees, sold 81 Shadow Creek Way to Noah and Jessica Prince, of Ormond Beach, for $621,400. Built in 1988, the house is a 5/5/2 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 4,214 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $354,000.
Christopher and Vanessa Jones, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Coquina Ridge Way to Constantine and Suzanne Makris, of Ormond Beach, for $414,900. Built in 1997, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,605 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $345,000.
John and Angela Maitland, of Ashville, New York, sold 28 Black Hickory Way to Vinton Vesta and Shizuko Imura, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,116 square feet.

Brad Sanderson, as trustee, sold 1320 Antrim Circle to Ronald and Lynne Gross, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,168 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $215,000.

Nancy and John Wise, as trustees, sold 35 Cambridge Trace to Rickey and Robyn Garner, of Ormond Beach, for $429,900. Built in 1998, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,741 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $280,000.
Oak Forest
Paul Holub Jr., individually and as trustee, and Deborah Gormley, of Ormond Beach, sold 1505 Oak Forest Drive to Donald Sciotto, of Ormond Beach, for $550,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,123 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $520,000.
Plantation Bay
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1313 Dovercourt Lane to David and Elaine Hoehn, of Ormond Beach, for $1,084,727. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/3 and has 3,503 square feet.

Wren Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Timberline Trail, Unit B, to George Setman, of Ormond Beach, for $113,500. Built in 1977, the townhouse is a 1/1 and has 1,260 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $85,000.

Oscar and Elizabeth Morejon, of Ormond Beach, sold 308 River Bluff Drive to Stephen and Lisa Cousins, of Ormond Beach, for $499,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,307 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $185,000.

Kevin Tucker, as trustee, sold 9 Ocean Breeze Circle to Maureen and Brian Davies, as trustees, for $285,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,166 square feet.
