A house in Flagler Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of Sept. 10-16 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Ronnie and Lee Smith, of Troutman, North Carolina, sold 3399 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Randy and Arlene Hobart, of Mooresville, North Carolina, for $1,375,000 Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,915 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $1.21 million. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.
Condos
Carolyn, Julienne and Colleen Suh, individually and as trustees, sold 19 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 806, to Lynette Overbey, of Palm Coast, for $920,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 4/3.5 and has 3,283 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1.4 million.
Richard Werdann, Alfred Werdann and Phillip Balderose, of Ormond Beach, sold 500 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 422, to Sylvia Carlson, of Palm Coast, for $392,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $755,000.
Susanne Battistini, of Millville, New Jersey, sold 3600 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 617, to Kelly Vogt, of Chandler, Arizona, for $160,000. Built in 1984, the condo is a 1/1 and has 693 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $60,000.

Janet Stoughton, of Flagler Beach, sold 207 27th St. S. to David Castello, as trustee, for $665,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/4 and has an elevator, two fireplaces, swimming pool and 2,708 square feet.
Grand Haven
David and Dana Lodwick, of Palm Coast, sold 8 Marlin Drive to Kathleen Donner, of Toms River, New Jersey, for $320,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,850 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $300,000.
Hammock Dunes
Pavel Guguchev and Katia Gugucheva sold 171 Island Estates Parkway to Chauncey and Lauraine Holden, of Palm Coast, for $1,088,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/4 and has two fireplaces, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 4,217 square feet.

Jenifer Rorech, individually and as trustee, sold 24 Ocean Vista Lane to Michael Collier Sr. and Wai Young, of Macclenny, for $890,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 5/3.5 and has a fireplace and 3,042 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $275,000.
