Top real estate transaction in Flagler County: Almost $3 million

A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of Sept. 3-9 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Peter and Chezelle Serev, of Woodbury, Connecticut, sold 45 Calle del Sur to K. Dillon and Gloria Schickli, of Palm Coast, for $2.95 million. Built in 2018, the hose is a 5/5.5 and has a fireplace, elevator, dune walk and 6,043 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Robert and Sue Roberts, of Jacksonville, sold 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 622, to Julia Smith and Steven Knowlton, of Cocoa Beach, for $340,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $515,000.

JoAnn Talbott, individually and as trustee, sold 3500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 110, to Sean and Jill Leslie, of St. Augustine, for $230,000. Built in 1975, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,100 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $205,500.

Eagle Lakes

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 20 Turtle Ridge Drive to Chris Goodwin, of Flagler Beach, for $269,030. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,930 square feet.

Grand Haven

Sandra Bennett, of Mount Airy, Georgia, sold 43 Shinnecock Drive to Anita Sutton, of Palm Coast, for $274,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,538 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $255,000.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 25 Grand Par Court to Deborah and James Wintish, of Bunnell, for $217,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,714 square feet.

Indian Trails

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 26 Brownstone Lane to Terry Cox Jr. and Jennifer Garrett, of Palm Coast, for $235,700. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,930 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Sokhom and Thida Neou sold 9 Russo Drive to Jorge Herrera and Elizabeth Jorge, of Palm Coast, for $244,900. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,999 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $305,000.

Matanzas Woods

Mary Needham, of Worchester, Massachusetts, sold 5 Lee Drive to Andrew Rabner, of Palm Coast, for $222,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,375 square feet.

Ocean Hammock

Lynette and Terry Overbey, of Palm Coast, sold 3 Ocean Ridge Blvd. N. to Matthew and Anita Eisert, of Palm Coast, for $1,195,000. Built in 2007, the house is a 4/4.5 and has an elevator, swimming pool and 5,012 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Donald and Elizabeth Goebner, individually and as trustees, sold 57 Colechester Lane to Robert and Anissa Williams, of Palm Coast, for $315,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 3/2 and has a boat dock, boat house and 2,409 square feet.

Julio Jurjo, of Palm Coast, sold 80 Flemingwood Lane to Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, for $315,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,154 square feet.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 67 Fellowship Drive to Daniel Anzalone, of Palm Coast, for $209,900. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,368 square feet.

Zinaida Moldavskaya, of Monsey, New York, sold 101 Pheasant Drive to Anthony and Hope Lipka, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,923 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $194,000.

Pine Lakes

Sergei Pastukhov, of Palm Coast, sold 5 Wellcliff Place to Chanty Khek, of Palm Coast, for $345,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,973 square feet.

Jennifer Wade, of Palm Coast, sold 16 Avalon Terrace to Jeffrey and Vera Steigman, of Boca Raton, for $300,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,842 square feet.

Seminole Woods

DLP Brite Homes LLC, of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, sold 19 Sea Serpent Trail E. to Amanda Vlasic, of Palm Coast, for $266,500. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,983 square feet.

Yacht Harbor

Robert and Mary Vamos, of Palm Coast, sold 322 Harbor Village Point N. to Linda Amerault, of Palm Coast, for $815,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,258 square feet.
