A riverfront home was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Aug. 30 to Sept. 5 in the Multiple Listing Service. Albert and Doreen Gillespy, individually and as trustees, sold 590 John Anderson Drive to Richard and Karrie Harman, of Ormond Beach, for $875,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 4/2.5 and has 2,573 square feet It sold in 1999 for $462,766. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Bryant and Oliver Byrd, of Ormond Beach, sold 370 John Anderson Drive to Eric and Cristine Tocci, of Ormond Beach, for $825,000. Built in 1968, the house is a 3/4 and has a fireplace, boat dock, boat house and 3,647 square feet.
Jo Zayer, individually and as trustee, sold 180 N. Halifax Drive to Jessica DeGrasse, of Ormond Beach, for $424,000. Built in 1960, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,136 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $244,000.
Accursio and Anna Tortorici sold 503 N. Halifax Drive to Cheryl Benrnson, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1965, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,533 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $177,000.
Kathryn and Keith Ward, of Boca Raton, sold 1113 Overbrook Drive to Kiera Roe, of Ormond Beach, for $281,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,764 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $140,000.

Dennis Breslin, of Ormond Beach, sold 3317 Westmeath Drive to James and Madelyn Moore, of Ormond Beach, for $385,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,343 square feet.
Richard and Dawn Preis sold 4024 Calusa Lane to Jordan Selig and Jamie Schultz, of Ormond Beach, for $377,000. Built in 1991, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,180 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $285,000.

Alan and Cynthia Beaudry, of Flagler Beach, sold 2898 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 5030, to Nathan Knudson, of Ormond Beach, for $287,500. Built in 1985, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,420 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $129,500.
