Pool home on the Halifax tops the sales list in Ormond Beach

A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Oct. 25-31 in the Multiple Listing Service. Gene Chambers, as trustee, sold 1888 John Anderson Drive to Three D Management Corp., of Daytona Beach, for $708,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 3,765 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $621,000. Ormond Beach

Dennis and Kay Klymko, of Lakeland, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 1030, to Patrick and Chrysten Shea, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 1996, the condo is a 3/3.5 and has 2,675 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $277,000.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 125 Sunset Point Drive to Sally and Eric Soderblom, of Ormond Beach, for $279,490. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,828 square feet.

Mary Ames, of DeLeon Springs, sold 778 Knollwood Blvd. to Ryan Anderson, of Ormond Beach, for $262,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,819 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $132,000.

Steven and Cheyrrl Vitel, of Richmond, Indiana, sold 9 Parkview Lane to William and Athena Phillips, of Ormond Beach, for $242,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,525 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $109,000.

Thomas Kenahan and Tiffany Farthing, of Lake Helen, sold 907 Quail Run to Hollandia Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $242,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,580 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $250,000.

Skyler and Gage Vandiver, of Enid, Oklahoma, sold 734 S. Center St. to Robert and Cynthia Amoruso, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 3/1 and has 1,610 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $125,000.

James Friedman, of Pompano Beach, sold 71 Putnam Ave. to Howard and Lindsay Hatmaker, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/1 and has 952 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $57,000.

Gladys Ramos and Michael Grasso, of Daytona Beach, sold 204 Timberline Trail to Ofer Sharon, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1980, the villa is a 2/2 and has 1,304 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $154,000.

Haroldo Melo and Evellyn Ramos, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Fox Cliff Way to Thomas Hekker and Karen Lane, of Ormond Beach, for $423,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,642 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $399,900.

Federico Bertele, of Ormond Beach, sold 372 Chelsea Place Ave. to David and Paula Macnamara, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 2010, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,956 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $232,000.

Kit and Anita Harrell, of Ormond Beach, sold 1401 Carlow Circle to William and Thelma Kebea, of Ormond Beach, for $234,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $179,900.

David and Paula Macnamara, of Ormond Beach, sold 50 Canterbury Woods to Jeffrey and Jennifer Schreiber, of Ormond Beach, for $283,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,885 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $245,000.

Ricardo and Lexxie Shelton, of Ormond Beach, sold 60 Pergola Place to Dawn and Kahallil Choez, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 2010, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,760 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $193,000.

Anthony and Priscilla Signorelli, of Ormond Beach, sold 162 Pergola Place to Geoff and Brenda Gorr, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,537 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $197,000.

Dennis Dearborn, individually and as trustee, sold 1091 Peninsula Drive to Veronica Bonales, of Ferndale, California, for $336,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace, boat dock and 1,680 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $110,000.

Susan and John Crane, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Forest Oak Drive to John Rachal and Kayla Merkel, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,398 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $162,500.

Woodmere

Adam and Courtney Bergin, of Cape Coral, sold 801 Lindenwood Circle to Edward and Barbara Bruce, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,534 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $205,000.

Russell Wittenberg, of Ormond Beach, sold 2898 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 401, to Michael and Alia Frates, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1985, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,420 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $224,000.

Space Coast Capital LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 137 Longwood Drive to Wayne Zsolnay, of Orlando, for $223,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,010 square feet. It sold in April for $130,000.

Thomas O’Gara and Patrick O’Gara, as trustees, sold 36 Margaret Road to Timothy Lyons and Patty Garlick, of Daytona Beach, for $203,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/1 and has 784 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $38,500.

Ann Helbling, of Palm Coast, sold 38 Concord Drive to Torque USA Inc., of Daytona Beach, for $145,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,796 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $85,000.
