A house on Riverside Drive was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Oct. 11-17 in the Multiple Listing Service. Meetesh and Sejal Desai, of Ormond Beach, sold 192 Riverside Drive to Brian and Liliane Gleason, of Ponce Inlet, for $1,035,000. Built in 1967, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, boat dock and 3,125 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $200,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Blanche Bullard, individually and as trustee, sold 138 Lynwood Lane to David and Natacha Levy, of Ormond Beach, for $532,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 5/3.5 and has a fireplace and 3,138 square feet.
Ronald McCroden and Lisa McCroden, of Ormond Beach, sold 334 Warwick Ave. to Justin Loach, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 1975, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 1,418 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $215,000.
D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 282 Sandoval Drive to Scott and Catherine Wilson, of Ormond Beach, for $273,075. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,846 square feet.
Jeffrey and Heather Doutrick, of Daytona Beach, sold 466 Cedar St. to Adrian Gephart, Lauren Nikirk and Greg Dehnke, of Ormond Beach, for $247,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 3/1.5 and has 1,395 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $59,000.
Christopher Beck, individually and as representative, sold 882 N. Lindenwood Circle to Carolyn Pascoe, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,699 square feet. It sold in 1976 for $46,000.

Gary and Debra Smith sold 615 S. Ridgewood Ave. to Fred and Linda Carter, of Port Orange, for $68,000. Built in 1953, the house is a 2/1 and has 888 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $55,800.
