Top Ormond Beach real estate transaction: $2.6 million

A house on John Anderson Drive was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Oct. 4-10 in the Multiple Listing Service. Michael and Lynda Helton, of Ormond Beach, sold 714 John Anderson Drive to Robert and Stacy Rikeman, of Ormond Beach, for $2.6 million Built in 2008, the house is a 4/5 with two half-baths, two fireplaces, elevator, boat dock, boat house, swimming pool and 7,648 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Mary Jones, of Palm Coast, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 709, to Sybil Borns, of Ormond Beach, for $465,000. Built in 1996, the condo is a 3/3.5 and has 3,050 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $570,000.

Ormond King Center LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 799 Sterthaus Driive, Unit 407, to W. Stephen Rice, of Ormond Beach, for $383,000. Built in 2018, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,515 square feet.

Cathy Fedora, individually and as trustee, sold 395 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 308, to Helen Hui, of DeLeon Springs, for $380,000. Built in 1982, the condo is a 3/2 and has 2,082 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $214,000.

Joanna Bernhardt and Myles Voss, of Holly Hill, sold 192 S. Ridgewood Ave. to Kyle Canfield and Jacklyn Gion, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,841 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $277,600.

Rosalie Riedel and Bonita Harris, individually and as trustees, sold 10 Sanchez Ave. to John and Debra Walburg, of Ormond Beach, for $262,500. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,037 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $120,000.

Donovan and Lorena Budde, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Thomas St. to Eve Debordenave, of Ormond Beach, for $228,653. Built in 1984, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $65,000.

Rebecca Gintonio sold 65 Seton Trail, Unit 140, to Richard and Lisa Marcello, of Ocala, for $155,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/1.5 and has 1,080 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $129,000.

Sherry Custureri sold 5 Creek Branch Way to Tommy Lenzini, of Ormond Beach, for $480,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,790 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $265,000.

Christian and Kristin Birkedal, of Ormond Beach, sold 15 Carriage Creek Way to Winston Muentes, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,849 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $200,000.

Ellinor Village

Tyler Dean, individually and as trustee, sold 411 Riverside Drive to Jessica Roberts, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1949, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,560 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $92,850.

Halifax Plantation

Guy and Betty Morrison, of Atoka, Tennessee, sold 4050 Campa Lane to Ronald and Sarah Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,180 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $209,000.

Ormond Lakes

Brian and Ashley Choyka, of Ormond Beach, and Gary Choyka, of Ormond Beach, sold 11 Old Port Circle to McCormick and Hollee Kennedy, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,992 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $224,100.

Plantation Bay

Joanne Scee, individually and as trustee, sold 1285 Harwick Lane to Arthur and Kay Marr, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 2012, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 2,412 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $320,000.

Kenneth Chapman and Melinda Clary sold 1420 Sunningdale Lane to David Bernosky, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,950 square feet.

Mary Cordrey, of Foley, Alabama, sold 684 Aldenham Lane to Matthew Stubits, of Ormond Beach, for $272,000. Built in 2008, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,872 square feet.

Thomas and Mary Medeiros, of Ormond Beach, sold 692 Aldenham Lane to Peter and Ellen Roach, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 2018, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,510 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $209,500.

Plantation Pines

Francene Barnes, of Ormond Beach, sold 3774 Fir Court to Rocco and Dawn Vitarelli, of Ormond Beach, for $412,500. Built in 1996, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a barn and 3,285 square feet.

The Trails

John and Debra Walburg sold 23 Iroquois Trail to Aaron Hess, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,620 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $166,000.

Tomoka Estates

Ronald Jones Jr. and Sarah Destaffino, of Ormond Beach, sold 1084 Landers St. to Ashley and Melchor Rodriguez, of Port Orange, for $235,600. Built in 1957, the house is a 3/1.5 and has a fireplace and 950 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $45,900.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Albert and Louis Marzilli, of Ormond Beach, sold 2876 John Anderson Drive to Kermit and Vicki Smith, of DeLand, for $516,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,162 square feet.

William and Josephine Wilson, of Newcastle upon Tyne, England, sold 103 Barrier Isle Drive to April Fisk, of Ormond Beach, for $428,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,940 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $225,000.

Leona Weeks, of Flagler Beach, sold 1275 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3050, to Robert Blanchard, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1981, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,013 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $115,750.

Sandra Brown, of Minneola, sold 2450 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 60, to Betty Carlton, as trustee, for $190,000. Built in 1987, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,320 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $130,000.
