A house on the golf course at Oceanside Country Club was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of April 26 to May 2 in the Multiple Listing Service. William and Carol Chapin, of Daytona Beach, sold 153 Neptune Ave. to Ameneh Mashayekh and Bahman Aghdasi, of Ormond Beach, for $927,200. Built in 2005, the house is a 5/3.5 and has a fireplace and 3,185 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Paul and Jamie Strickland sold 136 Grey Dapple Way to Michael and Tina Hurst, of Ormond Beach, for $399,999. Built in 2004, the house is a 5/3.5 and has a swimming pool and 3,056 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $349,000.

Louis Vigliotti, of Ormond Beach, sold 147 Ocean Terrace to Robert Suadi, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,373 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $60,000.

Frederick Bowermaster, of Holly Hill, sold 50 Benjamin Drive to Denita and Michael Werblun, of Mansfield, Georgia, for $335,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,980 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $266,000.

Atlantis Discoveries LLC, of Orlando, sold 152 Loyola Drive to Barbara Wilson, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1962, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,174 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $170,000.

Lynn Koons, of Ormond Beach, sold 92 Wye Drive to Brock Dowling and Caitlin Chicca, of Ormond Beach, for $251,200. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/1 and has 784 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $46,000.

Evon Altenburg, of Sun City, Arizona, sold 772 Lucerne Circle to Betty Rice, of Ormond Beach, for $245,900. Built in 1973, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,570 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $125,000.

Brooks Tombling Holdings LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 11 Thomas St. to Gary and Florence Carlson, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,338 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $150,000.

Carol Provencher sold 565 N. Yonge St. to Claudia and James Braund, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,605 square feet. It sold in 1974 for $41,500.

ACL Realty LLC, of Port Orange, sold 8 Arrowhead Circle to Ashley and Michael Reiter, of Ormond Beach, for $179,900. Built in 1975, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,680 square feet. It sold in January for $127,000.

Katie Grammel, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Mainsail Circle to Vanessa Perone, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,120 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $99,000.

Andrew Wilbert III sold 23 Oakwood Park to Hollandia Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach for $127,500. Built in 1984, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,384 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $130,100.

Michael D’Alimonte and Vittoria Sergi, of Ontario, sold 60 Vining Court, Unit 4, to Robin Bassett and Michael Mitchener, of Ormond Beach, for $88,500. Built in 1973, the condo is a 1/1 and has 525 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $33,000.

William and Daria Pihikar sold 120 Cuadro Place to Mark and Nancy Estee, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 2/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,319 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $215,000.

Halifax Plantation

Susan Van Oehsen, of Ormond Beach, sold 1220 Londonderry Circle to Richard and Brenda Anderson, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,076 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

John and Noreen Hull, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Huntsman Look to David and Tonja Blackstone, of Ormond Beach, for $528,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a swimming pool and 3,634 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $365,000.

Ormond Lakes

Hector and Barbara Melendez, individually and as trustees, sold 15 Minnow Drive to Paul and Jamie Strickland, of Ormond Beach, for $560,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 3,288 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $410,000.

Plantation Bay

Joseph Mazzaferro sold 1332 Hansberry Lane to Dale Silva, of Ormond Beach, for $221,000. Built in 2010, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $167,500.

The Trails

Uril Greene, of Groveland, sold 27 River Ridge Trail to Greathand Properties Co., of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 6/3.5 and has a fireplace and 4,412 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $550,000.

Tomoka Estates

Michael Booth sold 1140 Roberts St. to Leonard and Rhona Krautheim, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,595 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $55,500.

Tomoka Oaks

Michael and Tina Hurst, of Ormond Beach, sold 19 Janet Circle to Jeremy and Stephanie Jolley, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,446 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $235,000.

Rosemary Bernardini, Linda Engler and Michael Engler, as trustees, sold 113 N. St. Andrews Drive to Jennifer and Norman Mosher, of Ormond Beach, for $252,500. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,593 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $145,000.

Dennis and Lee Ann Mialki sold 86 Hollow Branch Crossing to Edward and Linda Hempe, of Ormond Beach, for $289,000. Built in 2007, the house is a 2.5 and has 1,942 square feet.

Sandra Diggett-Sprague and Richard Sprague sold 249 Woodstock Court to Julie and Rolfe McCoy, of South Daytona, for $203,500. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,664 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $93,500.

Audrey Parente, of Sunrise, sold 167 Fox Glen Court to Timothy Sylvester, of Ormond Beach for $170,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,282 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $81,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Arthur and Jacqueline Chorbak, of North Venice, sold 14 Spanish Waters Drive to Lucille Sasso and Peter Dias, of Ormond Beach, for $500,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,946 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $399,900.

Emine Masters, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Evergreen Circle to Charles Buckland Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1966, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,728 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $150,000.

Peter and Darin Vouchides, of Ormond Beach, sold 5500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 13, to Brian Kuehne, of Margate, for $127,100. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,252 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $48,000.
