A house in Palm Coast Plantation was the top real estate transaction for the week of Jan. 23-29 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Beth Wingo-Carter and David Carter, of Loudon, Tennessee, sold 75 Riverwalk Drive S. to Mitch and Francie Shepherd, of Palm Coast, for $945,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house has 4,183 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Marie Schmid, of St. Augustine, sold 40 Casa Bella Circle, Unit 1103, to Margaret Brown, of Palm Coast, for $545,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,480 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $930,000.

Marie Schmid, of St. Augustine, sold 300 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 221, to Margaret Brown, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $599,000.

M. Howard and Sally Tadlock, individually and as trustees, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 474, to Robert and Nancy Cabaniss, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,351 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $509.000.

Amanda and Steve Bew, of Palm Coast, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 272, to Josh and Morgan Babbitt, of Clearwater, for $238,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $215,000.

Belle Terre

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Pennypacker Lane to Louis D’allessandro and Angela Monk, of Lake Mary, for $235,100. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,859 square feet.

Grand Haven

Brian and Darlene Barrington, of St. Augustine, sold 21 Osprey Circle to Jeffrey and Barbara Chiupach, of Palm Coast, for $465,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,600 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $433,000.

Sidney and Anne Rogers, individually and as trustees, sold 7 Sailfish Drive to George and Suzanne Sachs, of Annandale, Virginia, for $337,500. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,074 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $335,000.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc., of St. Johns, sold 107 Grand Reserve Drive to Barry and Linda Schoenholz, of Bunnell, for $285,990. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,044 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

John and Edna Reid, of Powell, Ohio, sold 2 Via Verona to 2 Via V LLC, of Palm Coast, for $694,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,909 square feet.

Kenneth and Patricia Strohmeyer, individually and as trustees, sold 21 La Costa Place to Eugene and Margaret Barry, of Palm Coast, for $515,000. Built in 2003, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,324 square feet.

Idle Acres

Mary and Robert Thomas, of Bunnell, sold 4803 County Road 305 to Michael Martin, of Bunnell, for $105,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a barn and 1,792 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $45,000.

Catharine Carlson, individually and as trustee, sold 178 Beachway Drive to Malcolm Kerr, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,104 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $229,000.

Lehigh Woods

Daniel Johnson, of Palm Coast, sold 25 Reindeer Lane to Ronnie and Erma Wood, of Palm Coast, for $254,900. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,702 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $144,400.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 15 Raeland Lane to Becky Ignelzi, as trustee, for $237,100. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,859 square feet.

LGI Homes Florida LLC, of The Woodlands, Texas, sold 5 Rolling Place to Joseph and Josephine Gately, of Palm Coast, for $217,900. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,463 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Richard Peppers, as trustee, sold 22 Fletcher Court to Arthur and Kristen Valentine, of Palm Coast, for $475,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,733 square feet.

Nicole Perry, of Palm Coast, sold 15 Farrington Lane to Royce Mitchell, of Palm Coast, for $143,700. Built in 1985, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,254 square feet.

WJH LLC, of Greensboro, North Carolina, sold 11 Potterville Lane to Samantha Hoffman and James Weir, of Palm Coast, for $197,640. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,045 square feet.

Tatyana Deyak and Ivan Voloshchuk sold 60 Piedmont Drive to Jennifer Brown and Giancarlos Agosto, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,229 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $154,000.

FF Florida Residential LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 517 Wingspan Drive N. to James Hudson Jr., of Chattanooga, Tennessee, for $712,599. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,969 square feet.

Vincent and Debra Ortiz, of Flagler Beach, sold 1031 Stone Lake Drive to James Hoffman, of Ormond Beach, for $410,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,502 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $390,000.

Volusia Residential Construction LLC sold 812 Creekwood Drive to Kevin and Gwen Ragsdale, of Ormond Beach, for $370,000. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,090 square feet.

Denice and Lawrence Beighle, of Ormond Beach, sold 823 Creekwood Drive to George Levy, of Ormond Beach, for $327,500. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,762 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $324,500.

Quail Hollow

Corey and Maria Nedeau, of Ormond Beach, sold 40 Zaun Trail to Jorge Paredes-Pucci and Graciela Paredes, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms two baths and 1,385 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $135,000.
