The Flagler County Education Foundation’s 17th-annual Mardi Gras event brought together 140 community members to raise $33,000 for Flagler Schools Feb. 25, at Grand Haven.
Tom and Barbara Tant were this year’s King and Queen. Tom Tant retired from 28 years with Flagler Schools last week.
Executive Board member Maria Lavin-Sanhudo led the Mardi Gras Committee this year along with fellow board member Laura Chavez-Salazar, and Kelly Pickering from Palm Coast and the Beaches Real Estate. Eldredge and Davis PA and BB&T were this year’s Presenting Sponsors.
