Pool home tops sales list at $500,000

A house in The Reserve was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 21-27 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. William Wilson III, of Arvada, Colorado, sold 2 Humming Bird Circle to Brent and Ciara Boate, of Bunnell, for $500,000. Built in 2014, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a swimming pool and 3,250 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $485,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Paul Lanzetta, of Massapequa Park, New York, sold 75 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 732, to Burton and Linda Head, as trustees, for $422,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,859 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $555,000.

Mignon Williams, of St. Augustine, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 268, to Gerald Osuna, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,570 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $190,000.

Belle Terre

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 161 Parkview Drive to Boris and Raisa Shvartsbeyn, as trustees, for $237,400. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,859 square feet.

Vann and Dyna Lim, of Bothell, Washington, sold 24 Princess Ruth Lane to James Boyd and Joy Madden-Boyd, of Palm Coast, for $211,400. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,716 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $175,000.

Fuquay

Truist Bank, of Winston Salem, North Carolina, sold 1919 Palmetto Ave. to LAS Holdings LLC, of St. Johns, for $175,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,312 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $300,000.

Grand Haven

Shoals Plaice LLC, of Rye, New Hampshire, sold 18 Shinnecock Drive to Adam and Barbara Saal, of Palm Coast, for $407,500. Built in 1999, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,743 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $289,000.

Helen Santha, individually and as trustee, sold 52 Southlake Drive to Robert Starling and Margaret Fischer, as trustees, for $322,850. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,443 square feet.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 116 Golf View Court to Patrick Reed, of Bunnell, for $185,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,402 square feet.

Hidden Lakes

Grace McArthur, individually and as trustee, sold 184 Arena Lake Drive to Elizabeth Murray, of Palm Coast, for $282,000. Built in 2013, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,578 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $235,000.

Hi Land Properties LLC, of West Palm Beach, sold 5 Burnley Place to Malcolm and Alida Tagg, of Daytona Beach, for $189,900. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,350 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $126,000.

Carmen Lopez, of Orlando, sold 35 Bannbury Lane to Anthony Sullivan, of Palm Coast, for $183,500. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,698 square feet.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 81 Ramblewood Drive to Lenford Swearing, of Palm Coast, for $258,650. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/3 and has 2.265 square feet.
