Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 214 Ashwood Court to Louis Pascarella, of Ormond Beach, for $769,611. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,995 square feet. Stephen Schiffman, individually and as trustee, sold 11 Broadmore Circle, Unit 11, to William and Roxanne Beaman, of Palm Coast, for $138,500. Built in 1980, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,150 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $65,000.
