Grand Haven home tops sales list at $690,000

A house in Grand Haven was the top real estate transaction for the week of April 30 to May 6 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Frederic Beutlich, individually and as trustee, sold 228 Willow Oak Way to Richard and Donna McCready, of Clements, California, for $690,000. Built in 2012, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,948 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $495,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

James and Mary Harris, of San Diego, California, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 513, to Ken Howell, of Estill Springs, Tennessee, for $527,500. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/3 and as 1,818 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1,265,000.

Gary and Mary Walker, of Palm Coast, sold 55 Riverview Bend S., Unit 2035, to William and Deborah Smith, of Palm Coast, for $298,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,582 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $286,000.

Wilmington Trust, as trustee, sold 3600 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 818, to Ida and Fran Ruvo, as trustees, for $207,000. Built in 1984, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,331 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $111,000.

Beach Haven

Donald and Debra Soderquist sold 30 Laughing Gull Lane to Joni and Scott Gardner, of Palm Coast, for $450,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,830 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $338,400.

Robert and Edna Hurta, of Palm Coast, sold 34 Pritchard Lane to Collin and Jennifer Armbruster, of Palm Coast, for $299,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,437 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $299,900.

Cypress Knoll

Douglas and Deborah Yeager, of Palm Coast, sold 5 Evans Place to Arthur Harford II, of Palm Coast, for $295,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,122 square feet. IT sold in 2014 for $223,000.

David King Jr., of Boston, New York, sold 8 Eastwood Drive to James Lewis, of Palm Coast, for $209,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,363 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $197,000.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 135 Hummingbird Place to Joseph and Wendy Brown, of Palm Coast, for $299,990. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,042 square feet.
