A house in Flagler Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of June 11-17 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Stephen and Lupita Conway, of Palm Coast, sold 3373 Ocean Shore Blvd. N. to Jeremy and Linden Codling, of Boca Raton, for $780,600. Built in 1984, the house is a 4/3 and has a dune walk and 1,984 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Fieldon Alexander, of Corvallis, Oregon, sold 60 Surfview Drive, Unit 419, to Don and Amy Hilbenlink, of Palm Coast, for $360,000. Built in 2004, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $497,000.
Michael and Patricia Hale, of Flagler Beach, sold 3580 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 508, to John and Denise Ragland, of Jacksonville, for $270,000. Built in 1982, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,290 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $293,000.
