A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of June 14-20 in the Multiple Listing Service. HF Commercial Investments LLLP, of Daytona Beach, sold 1305 Dovercourt Lane to Jeffrey and Tracy Horning, of Ormond Beach, for $575,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,793 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $339,500. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Scott Faber, of Ormond Beach, sold 762 S. Beach St. to Sean Smith and Tracey Lesetar, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1948, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,834 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $173,000.
Andrew Tappe, individually and as trustee, sold 395 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 1060, to Kevin and Jeanne Murphy, of Pearl River, New York, for $403,200. Built in 1982, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,824 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $430,000.
Darrell and Debra Brock, of Ormond Beach, sold 22 Southern Trace Blvd. to Thomas Hannan and Christine Kendrick, of South Point, Ohio, for $360,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,013 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $293,000.
Barry and Beverly Davidson, of Ormond Beach, sold 204 Riverbend Road to Carmelo and Brittany Lopez, of Ormond Beach, for $334,400. Built in 1979, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,114 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $130,000.

William Laughlin, of Port Orange, sold 45 Dormont Drive to Teresa Lutin, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,520 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $85,000.
Casey and Megan Ford, of Ormond Beach, sold 579 McIntosh Road to Cesar Colon III, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 1953, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,964 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $238,000.

David Eggers, individually and as trustee, and Kathleen Lundquist, of Peoria, Arizona, sold 34 Stallion Way to Daniel and Joanne Marsh, and Danielle Ghaner, of Hydes, Maryland, for $256,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,741 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $242,200.
