The concert might have been canceled, but the contest wasn't.
In partnership with Flagler Broadcasting, which had planned a June concert featuring two tribute bands, the Palm Coast Observer held a mask contest, with the top 10 getting free tickets. Due to COVID-19 precautions, the concert was postponed to October. In lieu of tickets, the winners got $40 gift cards to Oceanside Beach Bar and Grill.
