A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of June 7-13 in the Multiple Listing Service. Robert and Carol Banks, of Pittsburg, California, sold 1108 Oxbridge Lane to Cynthia and Richard Fischer, of Ormond Beach, for $650,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,379 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $496,075. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Alvin Smith and Anne Langlois, of Ormond Beach, sold 14 St. Johns Place to John Edwards and Johanne Mahaffey for $357,500. Built in 1988, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,604 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $230,000.

Sharon Music, individually and as trustee, sold 340 Navajo Ave. to Jarrell Winkle, of Ormond Beach, for $256,687. Built in 1968, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 1,826 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $84,000.

Deborah DeLeeuw, individually and as trustee, sold 1318 Overbrook Drive to Arthur Cavanaugh III, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,694 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $66,900.

Crystal Anderson, of Ormond Beach, sold 1259 Vanderbilt Drive to Jessica Tyndal-Jackson and Larry Jackson Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 4/2.5 and has 1,742 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $85,000.

Regina Fox and Elizabeth Fox, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Magnolia Ave. to Noah and Lindsay Thompson, of Ormond Beach, for $219,900. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,366 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $169,900.

Joseph Spizzirri, of Daytona Beach Shores, sold 108 Mcalister Drive to Giorgina Pinedo and Orlando Rolon, of St. Cloud, for $215,000. Built in 1955, the house is a 2/1 and has 896 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $118,000.

Jill Vagt, of Beaverton, Oregon, sold 735 Candlewood Circle to Patrick Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $203,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,474 square feet. It sold in 1973 for $33,400.

Kandy Marmol sold 307 Creek Lane to Justin Nguyen, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1971, the house is a 4/1.5 and has a barn and 1,296 square feet.

Michelle Marianetti, individually and as representative, sold 79 Warwick Ave. to Cody Brandt, of Ormond Beach, for $189,000. Built in 1966, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,130 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $120,000.

Frederick and Laurel Higley, of Bemus Point, New York, sold 624 Robin Road, Unit A, to Brian Smith and Denise Munger-Smith, of Coronna, Michigan, for $179,000. Built in 1947, the villa is a 2/1 and has 739 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $195,000.

Home Free Investments LLC, of Miami, sold 101 Old Barn Trail to William and Susan Wintjen, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1998, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,392 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $105,000.

Kelly McNamara, of Clarksville, Tennessee, sold 16 Sugarberry Circle to Donald Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,490 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $71,700.

Brian and Denise Smith, of Corunna, Michigan, sold 123 Cardinal Drive, Unit B, to Linda Yackel, of Ormond Beach, for $132,500. Built in 1947, the villa is a 1/1 and has 535 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $55,000.

Linda and Mark Hodgson, of Ormond Beach, sold 997 Shockney Drive to G. Michael and Stacia Pilcher, of Bristol, Tennessee, for $490,000. Built in 1972, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, boat dock, swimming pool and 2,102 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $300,000.

Riverbeach Holdings LLC, of Winter Garden, sold 330 Wall Ave. to EGOL Investments LLC, of DeLand, for $155,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,025 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $115,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

William and Roseann Royle, of Naples, sold 1075 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 502, to Michael and Lynn Gelatka, of St. John, Indiana, for $630,000. Built in 2002, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 2,243 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $610,000.

Glenn and Tracy Rosario sold 30 Berkley Road to Daniel and Irina Irby, of Texas, for $256,500. Built in 1954, the house is a 3/1.5 and has 1,354 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $280,000.

James and Susan Laub, of Brookline, New Hampshire, sold 2006 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 17, to Christine and Kenneth Pollock, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1981, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,080 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $182,000.

Joan and James Costa, of Tarpon Springs, sold 2750 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 41, to Joseph and Karyn Oliver, of Ormond Beach, for $187,000. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $84,000.

Louis Sosa and Jessica Keidong, of Flagler Beach, sold 5500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 32, to William and Kate Rose, of Ormond Beach, for $162,000. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,214 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $134,900.
