Palm Coast Parkway westbound has reopened, according to a tweet from the Flagler County Sheriff's Office. "Some delays are still expected."

The westbound lanes of Palm Coast Parkway near I-95 were blocked for about 20 minutes, with one lane reopening at about 8:45 a.m., after a dump truck overturned on the off ramp, spreading dirt across the median. The driver is injured.
As of 9:03, one westbound lane was open, and two eastbound lanes were open.
