A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Dec. 1-7 in the Multiple Listing Service. Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 1339 Redbourne Lane to Pranav and Bhumika Shah, of Ormond Beach, for $1,374,152. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths and 2,500 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Douglas and Lynette Shott, of Ormond Beach, sold 301 Riverbend Road to Mary and Robert Blair, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,140 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $216,800.

Charles and Jill Piazza, of Ormond Beach, sold 48 Ormond Green Blvd. to Monty Bailey, of Ormond Beach, for $284,900. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,752 square feet.

James Gruber, individually and as trustee, sold 1525 N. Beach St. to Jacinta Doucette and Everton Barbosa, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 1978, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,010 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $70,100.

Aleksey Pekhtin, of Ormond Beach, sold 591 N. Halifax Drive to Carlos Arnaiz for $275,000. Built in 1962, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,898 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $115,000.

Ann Garofalo sold 26 Reynolds Ave. to Kirk Perrine, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,442 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $55,000.

Linda Nisbet, of Port Orange, sold 1816 Carolina Ave. to Lashronda Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $177,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,423 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $204,000.

Trustee Services LLC, as trustee, sold 200 Lemon Tree Lane, Unit C, to Brenda Hardy and Wendy Hathaway, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1984, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,316 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $62,400.

Breakaway Trails

George Willis and Matthew Maxwell, of Lake Mary, sold 23 Tomoka Cove Way to Matthew Daimler, of Ormond Beach, for $671,500. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 4,179 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $650,000.

Hidden Hills

Luis and Cynthia Carrion, as trustees, sold 70 Nightingale Lane to William Routt, and Dustin and Heather Routt, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 1,908 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $230,000.

Ormond Lakes

Mark and Deneen Mangan, of Lebanon, Tennessee, sold 37 Lakebluff Drive to Timothy and Kathleen Meyer, of Ormond Beach, for $367,500. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,427 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Robert and Ann Marie Bishop, of Ormond Beach, sold 1224 Harwick Lane to Larry and Leoma Milligan, of Ormond Beach, for $383,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,240 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $305,000.

Vincent and Eselassie Kumordzie, of Dumfries, Virginia, sold 1152 Kilkenny Lane to Seymour and Annamarie Horowitz, of Ormond Beach, for $239,900. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,910 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $289,300

Reflections Village

Dora Nell, of Knoxville, Tennessee, sold 34 Reflections Village Drive to Paul Cieslewitz, of Rome, New York, for $188,400. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,794 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $237,500.

The Trails

Jeffrey and Donna Taylor, of Welaka, sold 8 Stone Quarry Trail to Nancy and Raymond Frankle, of St. Augustine, for $240,000. Built in 1978, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,813 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $95,000.

C. Martin and Joann Honerlaw, of Daytona Beach, sold 7 Birchwood Trail to Hollandia Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1979, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $58,900.

Trails North Forty

Jennifer Zawis and Lauren Bhothipiti, of Cary, North Carolina, sold 165 Deer Lake Circle to Gertrude Niewiaroski, of Ormond Beach, for $262,000. Built in 1985, the townhouse has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,671 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $143,000.

Trails South Forty

Marvin and Kathleen Lowery, individually and as trustees, sold 202 Sagebrush Trail to Mordechay Kohen, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,743 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $152,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Toni Ziccardi and Rhonda Jones, of Grovetown, Georgia, sold 123 Sand Dunes Drive to Todd and Denise Scammell, of Ormond Beach, for $379,900. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,564 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $190,000.

Richard and Diane Miller sold 3360 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3040, to Sylvia Harton-Robbins, of Flagler Beach, for $295,000. Built in 1983, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $250,500.

Lee Knowles and Daraline Bartlett sold 52 Ocean Crest Drive to Martin Dorman and Holly Allis, of Lutherville-Timonium, Maryland, for $270,000. Built in 1965, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,396 square feet.

Charles Mitchell, of Ormond Beach, sold 16 Tropical Drive to Martin and Jane Boone, of Ormond Beach, for $242,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,030 square feet. It sold in July for $165,000.

Thomas Pratt, individually and as trustee, sold 50 N. Sea Island Drive to Krystal Sagrani and Amitpal Dhesi, of Ormond Beach, for $233,500. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $75,900.

Richard and Rosemary Kellar, of Decatur, Tennessee, sold 2700 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 112, to Matthew West LLC, of Fern Park, for $225,000. Built in 1986, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,415 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $250,000.

Janely and Ivania LLC, of Hialeah, sold 2450 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 80, to Doug and Lisa Stahl, of Clear Spring, Maryland, for $214,000. Built in 1987, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $167,000.
