Seabreeze's boys wrestling team competed in the annual Flagler Rotary wrestling tournament on Saturday, Feb. 1, at Flagler Palm Coast High School. The Sandcrabs' Victor Lipsey and Caiden Patton wrestled well enough throughout the day to earn the opportunity to place in the event.
Competing in the 160-pound weight class, the Sandcrabs' top grappler, Lipsey, placed sixth after he fell to Boone High School’s Colbi Giroux 8-6.
Patton, who is relatively new to wrestling, got two pins to make the semifinals, where he lost to Fleming’s Jeffrey Lascano.
