In its game against Flagler Palm Coast, Seabreeze's boys basketball team fell behind the Bulldogs by 17 at halftime. However, the Sandcrabs regrouped to start the third period.
The Sandcrabs battled back, cutting the Bulldogs' lead to single digits on multiple occasions. The Sandcrabs were led by forward Angelo Mack, who scored a team-high 16 points, guard Avery Randolph, who scored 13 points, and guard Darius Malone, who scored 12 points.
Despite the furious comeback, FPC held on to win 58-50 the night of Thursday, Jan. 30, at Seabreeze High School. It was the Sandcrabs' 13th loss of the season.
