Golf course home near the ocean in Flagler County sells for $2.5 million

A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of Oct. 29 to Nov. 4 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Scott and Lorraine Caucci, of Palm Coast, sold 509 Granada Drive to Dalton and Margie Sirmans, of Palm Coast, for $2.5 million. Built in 2006, the house is a 5/6.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator and 7,360 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $2.7 million. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

 

Condos

Compass Trading LLC sold 28 Porto Mar, Unit 604, to Scott and Lorraine Caucci, of Palm Coast, for $2.1 million. Built in 2007, the condo is a 4/4.5 and has 4,948 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $1.5 million.

 

John and Pamela Orne, of Palm Coast, sold 15 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1314, to Joan Miller, of Palm Coast, for $250,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,264 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $236,000.

 

Steven Strippoli and Travis McNail, of Chesapeake, Virginia, sold 3600 S. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 614, to Natalia Sheherbina, of Flagler Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1984, the condo is a 1/1 and has 654 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $188,000.

 

Belle Terre

LGI Homes Florida LLC, of The Woodlands, Texas, sold 30 Prairie Lane to Darlene Johnson and Jonathan Sanders, of Palm Coast, for $228,900. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,463 square feet.

 

Indian Trails

Anna Veilleux, of New Britain, Connecticut, sold 2 Brian Lane to Tony and Willa Kimble, of Palm Coast, for $270,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,236 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $176,300.

 

Lehigh Woods

Elizabeth Blue sold 28 Riverside Lane to Melanie Cucco, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,845 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $197,600.

 

Not in Subdivison

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 47 Matanzas Lakes Drive to Fred and Suzanne Sellers, of High Springs, for $266,796. Built in 2020, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,658 square feet.

 

Palm Harbor

TDM Family Investments LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 79 Longview Way N. to Peter and Nancy Salkow, of Palm Coast, for $629,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/3 and has a boat dock, boat house and 2,664 square feet.

 

Richard and Mary Oexmann, of Palm Coast, sold 18 Cedarford Court to Mark and Jeannie Padgett, of Palm Coast, for $505,500. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool, boat dock and 2,455 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $320,000.

 

Pine Grove

LGI Homes Florida LLC, of The Woodlands, Texas, sold 118 Point of Woods Drive to Amanda and Franklin Cypert, of Palm Coast, for $258,900. Built in 2020, the house is a 5/3 and has 1,984 square feet.

 

Bonnie Turnbow, of Lenoir, North Carolina, sold 20 Pine Cedar Drive to Makala and Roy Dodson, of Palm Coast, for $224,900. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,860 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $238,000.

 

Plantation Bay

Carolyn Radecki, individually and as trustee, sold 935 Stone Lake Drive to Donald and Penny Ward, of Ormond Beach, for $475,000. Built in 2010, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,589 square feet.

 

Joseph Larmon and Laurie Moroz, of Ormond Beach, sold 104 Bay Lake Drive to Joan Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $357,700. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,970 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $285,000.

 

Quail Hollow

RH Asset Holdings LLC, of Orlando, sold 55 Zinnia Trail to Andrew and Jessica Arlotta, of Altamonte Springs, for $216,400. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,500 square feet.

 

Sea Colony

John and Patricia MacDonald, of Palm Coast, sold 20 Bristol Lane to Jeffrey and Maureen Erickson, of Lodi, California, for $365,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,906 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $225,000.
