1908 house in Ormond Beach sells for $1.15 million

A house on two acres on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Nov. 1-7 in the Multiple Listing Service. Nancy Bradley, of Ormond Beach, sold 502 S Beach St. to Ziche LLC, of Holly Hill, for $1.15 million. Built in 1908, the property includes a 4/3 house with a fireplace and 3,608 square feet along with eight cottages. It sold in 2005 for $1.04. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Vivek Kumar, of Daytona Beach, sold 43 Crystal Circle to Pradipkumar and Rekha Patel, of Ormond Beach, for $1.12 million. Built in 1971, the house is a 5/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 4,859 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $756,000.

Harold and Jacqueline Albert, individually and as trustees, sold 454 S. Beach St. to Carl and Tracey Grace, of Ormond Beach, for $899,954. Built in 1953, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, boat dock, boat house and 900 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $410,000.

Tommy Cameron, of Ormond Beach, sold 395 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 7040, to DCR Properties of Sartell LLC, of Otsego, Minnesota, for $575,000. Built in 1982, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,923 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $375,000.

Gerald and Sharon Vanco, of Ormond Beach, sold 503 Magnolia St. to Michael and Caryn Albrecht, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1982, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 1,909 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $180,000.

Ann McMillian, of Birmingham, Alabama, sold 6 Silver Fox Trail to Bridget Makowski, of Ormond Beach, for $335,500. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,468 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $121,200.

David Santos and Michelle Alvarez, of Ormond Beach, sold 81 Chrysanthemum Drive to Marc and Joanne Davidson, of Ormond Beach, for $317,500. Built in 2017, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,099 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $273,500.

Thomas Loeffler, of Daytona Beach, sold 136 Valencia Drive to Mehrdad Khorassani and Fariba Toutounchian, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1968, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,382 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $200,000.

Warren Hauser, of Ormond Beach, sold 1848 Airport Road to Steven Greer, of Ormond Beach, for $192,500. Built in 1984, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,160 square feet.

Durrell and Carole Sluder, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, sold 1 Tomoka Oaks Blvd., Unit 135, to Pamela Groome, of Ormond Beach, for $130,000. Built in 1980, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $113,000.

Breakaway Trails

Jerry and Sharon Leventhal, of Ormond Beach, sold 93 Carriage Creek Way to Kathleen Gless, Thomas Allen and Ingrid Verstraeten, of Ormond Beach, for $294,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,799 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $260,000.

Halifax Plantation

William Rigg, of Edmonds, Washington, sold 1132 Killarney Drive to Rickey and Wendy Meredith, of Ormond Beach, for $398,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,109 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $340,000.

Oak Forest

Ryan and Laportia Barrows, of Crofton, Maryland, sold 5 Carmel Terrace to Joseph and Kimberly James, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,216 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $272,500.

Plantation Bay

DJ Properties of Ormond Beach LLC sold 1333 Sunningdale Lane to Auburn and Judith Norris, of Ormond Beach, for $277,400. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,179 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $277,000.

The Trails

Katherine Webster and Tina West, of Port Orange, sold 27 Choctaw Trail to Michael and Imelda Tomberlin, of Daytona Beach, for $362,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,519 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $166,000.

Tomoka Estates

Jeffery Eberflus, of Ormond Beach, sold 1146 Roberts St. to Mark and Michelle Chase, of Bradford, Maine, for $290,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,181 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $150,500.

Tymber Creek

Ellen and Robert Desimone, of Ormond Beach, sold 417 Black Oak Lane to Robert and Jennifer Perri, of Ormond Beach, for $369,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace and 2,768 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $285,000.

Verona Oceanside

MHK of Volusia County Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 46 Watchtower Drive to Italo and Adriana Carvo, of Ormond Beach, for $575,055. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,914 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

E.S. Cay, of Ormond Beach, sold 2040 John Anderson Drive to Mark Morse, of Ormond Beach, for $707,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 2/2.5 and has a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 1,602 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $467,500.

Michael and Deborah Lanning, of Daytona Beach, sold 1051 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1203, to Robert Blanchard, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1982, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,200 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $123,000.

James and Kimberley Waldron sold 9 San Jose Circle to Colleen Fisher, of Ormond Beach for $265,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,434 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $223,000.

Deborah Thompson individually and as trustee, sold 73 River Drive to George and Marcia Coleman, as trustees, for $234,900. Built in 1952, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,024 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $197,500.

Santo and Gloria Cannizzo, of Bergen, New Jersey, sold 5500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 97, to Brian and Daniela Kuehne, of Margate, for $136,000. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,252 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $52,000.
