Hammock Dunes home sells for $2.4 million

A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of July 9-15 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. CPD Investment Group LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 42 Island Estates Parkway to Calle Gato Ocho LLC, of Lake Worth, for $2.4 million. Built in 1992, the house is a 5/6.5 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool, boat dock, fountain and 7,262 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $2.5 million. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Cable Investment Properties LLC, of Longwood, sold 28 Porto Mar, Unit 603, to Walter Katz, of Boulder, Colorado, for $1,475,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 4/4.5 and has 3,847 square feet. It sold in February for $1,350,000.

Glenda Hartung, of Palm Coast, sold 7 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 105, to David and Lynn Dodson, of Palm Coast, for $585,000. Built in 2003, the condo has 1,977 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $571,500.

Michael and Kathryn Acierno, of Flagler Beach, sold 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 106, to Susan Mixon and Robert Dau, of Cartersville, Georgia, for $299,900. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $495,000.

Belle Terre

RH Asset Holdings LLC, of Orlando, sold 57 Palmwood Drive to Dylan and Jessica Hatheway, of Palm Coast, for $214,400. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,500 square feet.

Glenn Olmstead, individually and as trustee, sold 52 Parkview Drive to Deborah Newman, of Palm Coast, for $206,000. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,641 square feet.

Grand Haven

Reflex Realty Corporation, of Silverthorne, Colorado, sold 88 Lagare St. to James Massey and Christine Sloat, of Palm Coast, for $435,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,027 square feet.

Karen Hoffbauer, of Clifton, New Jersey, sold 10 Oasis Circle to Robert and Patricia Campbell, of Palm Coast, for $340,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,629 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 137 Hummingbird Place to Joseph and Carol Kiertekies, of Palm Coast, for $255,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,701 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

Richard and Lindsay Cashio, of Flagler Beach, sold 143 Island Estates Parkway to Felix and Linda Silva, of Palm Coast, for $1,137,500. Built in 2007, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 5,232 square feet.

Indian Trails

LGI Homes Florida LLC, of The Woodlands, Texas, sold 224 Boulder Rock Drive to Ricky Romines, of Palm Coast, for $222,900. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,463 square feet.

Maronda Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 33 Biscayne Drive to Luis and Maria Leno, of Palm Coast, for $207,400. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,867 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 14 Rocket Lane to Angel Cruz, of Palm Coast, for $191,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,806 square feet.

Matanzas Woods

Patrick and Brittney Farrell, of Palm Coast, sold 81 Laramie Drive to Rachael McElveen, of Palm Coast, for $265,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,481 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $129,000.

Bracewell Enterprises LLC, of Bunnell, sold 482 Quarter Horse Lane to Joshua and Shannon Sharpe, of Bunnell, for $259,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,260 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $20,000.

Palm Harbor

Geraldo and Jackeline Silva, of Monroe, New York, sold 99 Covington Lane to David and Kathy Ouellette, of Roswell, Georgia, for $540,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 3,051 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $475,000.

Richard and Lynda Trautwein, of Lawndale, North Carolina, sold 139 Coral Reef Court N. to Frank Morales Jr., of Palm Coast, for $345,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 3/2 and has a boat dock and 1,906 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $235,000.

Pine Grove

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 27 Postman Lane to Brittany Ray and Andrew Kemper, of Palm Coast, for $244,400. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,859 square feet.

Joy Hammond, of Jacksonville, North Carolina, sold 126 Wellington Drive to Pamela Behne and Deborah Hooper, of Palm Coast, for $269,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,816 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $147,000.

Alfred and Gwendolyn Wyche sold 17 Westridge Lane to Virginia Clouse, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,397 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $123,000.
