A condo is Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of July2-8 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Michael and Donna Joyce, of Palm Coast, sold 10 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 603, to David and Patricia Hood, as trustees, for $820,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 3/3.5 and has 2,873 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $755,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Martha Rhudy, of Flagler Beach, sold 100 Marina Bay Drive, Unit 303, to David and Sue Guess, of Orange City, for $312,750. Built in 2000, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,138 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $214,700.

Lori Caradonna, of Palm Coast, sold 15 Riverview Bend N., Unit 211, to Richard Gwin, of St. Augustine, for $204,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,159 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $143,000.

Armand Beach

Gary and Randi Rolek, of Palm Coast, sold 28 Armand Beach Drive to John and Joyce Howell, of Jessup, Georgia, for $252,500. Built in 1987, the house is a 2/2 and has 864 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $325,000.

Belle Terre

Larisa Nudelman and Michael Nudelman sold 102 Prince Eric Lane to Julio Cruz and Suleyka Plaza, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $180,800.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 33 Palm Lane to Michael Stuhlman, of Palm Coast, for $189,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,806 square feet.

Bradley and Summer Dailey, of Flagler Beach, sold 8 Hanover Drive to Mark Gaspich and Marchelle Hofeldt, of Flagler Beach, for $355,000. Built in 2011, the house is a 4/4.5 and has 2,818 square feet.

Kelly and Angela Williams, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, sold 1016 Central Ave. S. to Gerald and Carla Sisneros, of Flagler Beach, for $414,000. Built in 1965, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,184 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $276,500.

Grand Haven

Arthur and Cheryl Lazarus, individually and as trustees, sold 214 Willow Oak Way to Peter and Debra Wright, and Marshall Wright, for $729,900. Built in 2016, the house is a 5/4 and has a swimming pool and 3,686 square feet.

Maureen Souza, of Daytona Beach, sold 14 Birdseye Place to Linda and Joseph Maglio, of Palm Coast, for $310,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,132 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $128,700.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 9 Big Dipper Lane to Sasha and Robert Anderson, of Palm Coast, for $271,800. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,290 square feet.

Brittany Bubnis and Alexander Schaefer II, of Palm Coast, sold 3 Foxhall Court to Carmen and Robert Hernandez, of Sarasota, for $200,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,530 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $124,800.
