A house in Knollwood Estates was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of June 28 to July 4 in the Multiple Listing Service. John and Julie Ufheil sold 230 Parrulli Drive to Morris and Delecia Esformes, of Daytona Beach, for $1,465,000. Built in 2009, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 7,027 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

D.R. Horton Inc., of Jacksonville, sold 275 Cypress Trail Drive to Chelsea Best and Ryan McCann, of Ormond Beach, for $374,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,745 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 291 Cypress Trail Drive to Igor and Chantelle Nikomarov, and Marina Nikomarova, of Ormond Beach, for $358,490. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,587 square feet.

Jean-Paul Dubeau and Natilie Therriault, of Quebec, sold 176 S. Halifax Drive to Nancy and Temme Berkstresser, and Carol Owens, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1952, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,374 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $300,000.

Margo Gerhart, of Nokomis, sold 923 Peninsula Drive to Danny and Nicte Drain, of Ormond Beach, for $321,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 1,588 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $115,000.

T. Luke Kennedy, Maureen Fair, Michael Kennedy, Mark Kennedy, Kathleen Smith and Jeanne McGuire, of Scappoose, Oregon, sold 35 Dormont Drive to Russell and Jessica Allen, of Ormond Beach, for $299,500. Built in 1958, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,786 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $277,500.

Toni Buchanan, individually and as representative, sold 251 S. Halifax Drive to Kimberly Campbell, of Port Orange, for $269,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 4/2 and has two half-baths, fireplace and 2,492 square feet.

William Mesick, of Ormond Beach, sold 333 Pine St. to William and Lynn Massey, of Flagler Beach, for $267,500. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,480 square feet.

Eugene and Ashley Franks, of Ormond Beach, sold 1035 Calle Grande St. to Mariel Mejia, of Ormond Beach, for $209,500. Built in 1979, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,365 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $135,000.

Halifax Plantation

Michael Sorando and Donna Ellow sold 3931 Tano Drive to Michael and Christine Sambursky for $380,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,740 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $260,000.

Hidden Hills

John and Lisa Blevins sold 40 Timberlake Lane to Matthew Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $383,000. Built in 1991, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace and 2,186 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $280,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Christina Fuentes, of Meridian, Idaho, sold 37 Laurel Ridge Break to Javier Henderson, of Ormond Beach, for $286,000. Built in 1991, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,895 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $250,000.

Oak Forest

Kirit and Bhanu Bhalani, of Volusia County, sold 1515 Oak Forest Drive to Geraldine Adams, of Ormond Beach, for $850,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 4/5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,419 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $405,000.

Plantation Bay

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 993 Downshire Lane to Wilfredo Lopez and Katherine Ortiz, of Ormond Beach, for $971,650. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/3.5 and has 3,443 square feet.

Sandra Pigott, of Ormond Beach, sold 1204 Ashridge Lane to Shanelle Schulze, of Ormond Beach, for $369,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,089 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $425,760.

Susan Wolfersteig, of Ormond Beach, sold 1353 Sunningdale Lane to George and Gail Humerick, of Miamisburg, Ohio, for $272,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $164,000.

Kimberly Buder, of The Villages, sold 1102 Hansberry Court to Jennie Cooper, of Ormond Beach, for $219,900. Built in 2005, the townhouse is a 2/2.5 and has 1,804 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $186,000.

The Trails

Latricia Johnson, of Daytona Beach, sold 134 Pine Cone Trail to John and Delia Boehm, and Krista Boehm, of Ormond Beach, for $182,000. Built in 1977, the townhouse is a 2/2.5 and has 1,664 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $169,900.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Geraldine and Hank Adams, of Ormond Beach, sold 2684 John Anderson Drive to Robert Ledbetter and Dylan Anderson, of Ormond Beach, for $765,000. Built in 1971, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,530 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $600,000.

Ronnie Bolling, of Ormond Beach, sold 118 Marlin Drive to John Tecce and Alexandra Lenzen, of Ormond Beach, for $500,000. Built in 2009, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,085 square feet.

Elton and Anne Mooney, of Leesburg, sold 25 Silk Oaks Drive to William and Deidra Gannon, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1971, the house is a 2/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,316 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $180,000.

Karl and Mary Kuga, of Wake Forest, North Carolina, sold 1 Ocean Crest Drive to Maureen Vopinek, of Ormond Beach, for $236,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,373 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $210,000.

Thomas and Joni Swanson, individually and as trustees, sold 10 Silk Oaks Drive to James McKenna, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1962, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,176 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $53,000.

Todd Sanders, and Greg and Marilyn Sanders, of Ormond Beach, sold 3000 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 15, to Mary and David Forbes, of Ontario, for $218,000. Built in 2001, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,329 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $160,000.
