Robert and Elizabeth Villanova, of Tampa, sold 855 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 446, to Michael and Mikayla Pascucci, of West Hartfort, Connecticut, for $345,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,020 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $245,000.

Jennifer Jackson and Janine Keller, of Washington D.C., sold 43 Coquina Point Drive to Gwendolyn Russell, of Ephrate, Pennsylvania, for $290,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,893 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $319,000.

Bethann Powers, of St. Augustine, sold 154 Rockefeller Drive to Jessy and Stephanie Casimiro, of Ormond Beach, for $289,000. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a swimming pool and 1,120 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $217,000.

Gregory and Joy Perpetua sold 157 Kimberly Drive to Michelle Heick, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,768 square feet. It sold in May for $180,000.

Gary and Debra Smith sold 76 Sylvania Place to George and Mercedes Berteska, of Ormond Beach, for $214,000. Built in 1955, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,476 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $90,000.

Paul and Christine McLaughlin, individually and as trustees, sold 250 Orange Grove Drive, Unit 1, to Barbara McCoy, of Ormond Beach, for $145,000. Built in 1988, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,100 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $67,000.

Zachary and Alyssa Cordell, of Salt Lake City, sold 65 Seton Trail, Unit 7, to Douglas Salazar, of Palm City, for $125,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,080 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $115,500.

W. Scott Keenen, of Ormond Beach, sold 25 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Jordan and Jessica Orcel, of Ormond Beach, for $114,200. Built in 1980, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,434 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $75,800.

Daniel and Kay Florio sold 59 Shadowcreek Way to Wanda Murray and Andrew Rossi, of Ormond Beach, for $415,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 3,227 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $375,000.

Suzanne Greene, of Starr, South Carolina, sold 7 Bent Stream Way to Oris Fulks, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,024 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $260,000.

William and Margaret Hanlon, of Ormond Beach, sold 3902 Tano Drive to Lawrence and Caludia Brosnan, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace adn 2,204 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $158,000.

Donald and Jayne Stout, of Muncie, Indiana, sold 30 Sherrington Drive to Richard and Judith Vanderoef, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1997, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,556 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $165,500.

Kacie Dannehower, of Port Orange, sold 54 Wildwood Trail to Royce Ulibarri, of Ormond Beach, for $217,000. Built in 1985, the townhouse has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $154,000.

James and Catherine Peterman, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Autumnwood Trail to Lynda Wilson, as trustee, for $192,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,780 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $182,000.

Joanne Malara, indivdidually and as trustee, sold 1051 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 403, to Andrew and Karen Nicol, of Orlando, for $295,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $277,500.
